Week 1.
Despite how unhelpful she seems, one thing has become very clear after talking to the Transmitter: there's no way out of here. It seems like you're stuck here for the time being and the rules the Transmitter told you about are still hanging in every room. You'll be left up to your own devices now – feel free to continue exploring and getting to know your fellow Patients for the next several days. Should you want to eat something you're free to use the kitchen before 10PM, but after that the doors will be locked and no amount of fussing with the locks or trying to break them down will get them to budge. However, your wake-up call in the morning isn't exactly a pleasant one - loud bursts of static over the intercom can be heard early in the morning, pulsing almost as though it's following some sort of pattern, though it isn't possible to discern exactly what that pattern might be. This will happen every morning at 7AM and again in the evenings at 10PM. You'll be able to hear it no matter what room you're in. There isn't any punishment for sleeping through it, but you don't want to waste the day in bed, now do you? (Unless you were out exploring all last night. In which case, go back to bed, damn.) |

[OOC: Welcome to week one of Trustfell! Feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend. Don't forget to save those threads for coins and the activity check!
If you'd like to get in contact with the Transmitter, you can do so through text or the phone in your room!]

Please.
[He's trying to be polite, it's hard, but he knows he can't piss off the girl who has food when he just wants to eat something.]
no subject
I'm glad none of it had to go to waste! It would have been a shame.

[He would have found them, heated them up, then ate them, that's for sure. Something simple to make is all he can really make with the fact he can't satiate his appetite.]
Are you used to cooking for more than yourself?
no subject
[She nods at his question as she tilts the pan, letting the eggs fall onto her plate.]
Mhm! For my younger brother and sister, sometimes.
no subject
[He grabs two forks, one for himself and hands one to her if she doesn't have one yet.]
Thanks, by the way.
[He holds up his plate a bit as if gesturing that thanks as well.]
no subject
[A smile, and a nod as she takes the fork he offers.]
Of course! It's no trouble.
no subject
[He's quiet for a moment as he takes a bite of the eggs.]
Even if you still make larger portions, I'm sure there's plenty of people here that would be happy if you accidentally made too much.
no subject
[And then, once he's taken a bite:]
Are they good?
no subject
[Because he knows she didn't have to offer. The fact that she's kind enough either means she's trying to earn people's trust to get them to get their guards down or she truly is this kind of a person.]
no subject
I'm Rose. What's your name?
no subject
[A bit of a pause because her name sounds western so--]
Shinya Kogami.
[It still doesn't quite roll off his tongue since he's used to saying it the other way around, but it's not a big deal. Still, he prefers the last name basis.]

no subject
Yeah, I guess we could all say that here.
[A little rude sounding and distant, but it's true.]
no subject
Yeah... It's pretty troubling. But, I bet we'll figure out how to leave soon!
no subject
[Though it's definitely hidden, wherever it is.]

[She looks like she wants to say something, but thinks the better of it, and nods.]
I guess that makes sense. But you don't seem hard to get along with at all!
no subject
That just depends on how well you can take how blunt I am. I don't sugar coat things, like earlier.
no subject
[Forever an optimist.]
