Week 1
Unfortunately (or fortunately, for those of you who decided he ranks at an 8 or higher) the Adjudicator has made an appearance and he doesn't seem to be lying about anything that's happening here. There's no way out. It seems like you're stuck here for the time being and the rules the Adjudicator told you about are still hanging in every room. While the Adjudicator himself is around, you'll be left up to your own devices – feel free to continue exploring and getting to know your fellow Competitors for the next several days. Should you want to eat something you're free to use the kitchen before 10PM, but after that the doors will be locked and no amount of fussing with the locks or trying to break them down will get them to budge. You'll notice that the clock in the foyer goes off periodically, however. This will happen every morning at 7AM and again in the evenings at 10PM. You'll be able to hear it no matter what room you're in; it seems it's being piped in over that PA system in the walls. There isn't any punishment for sleeping through it, but you don't want to waste the day in bed, now do you? (Unless you were out exploring all last night. In which case, go back to bed, damn.) |

[OOC: Welcome to week one of Trustfell! Feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend. Don't forget to save those threads for coins and the activity check!
If you'd like to get in contact with the Adjudicator, you can do so here!]

Need some help?

How are you holding up?
no subject
As well as I can. I guess. What about you?

[ couldn't you at least have given them a shooting range, really. ]
I guess he thinks if we're bored enough, someone'll snap.
[ ... that's a little inappropriate. ]
no subject
That could be part of it, actually. If he's more actively looking for us to kill than he seems, the small space isn't an obvious way to get it done, but people don't do well together in enclosed spaces under the best circumstances.
no subject
Yeah. Did you read his profile? "Dislikes: Boredom, disrespect, idiots who can't follow instructions."
And I'm guessing anyone who doesn't decide to murder someone is an idiot who can't follow instruction.

[She sighs.]
I guess the silver lining is he isn't going to try to kill us himself. If that's even a silver lining. More like... slightly lighter grey.
no subject
At least we have that, yeah. Small comforts, I guess.
no subject
[She thinks for a moment.]
He's less showy that pretty much anyone I can think who would try this, is the problem.
no subject
Yeah. I'm used to people being flashy about this kind of stuff.
no subject
So I guess that's the perfect way to make it so we can't tell who's behind this. Restraint.
no subject
Think he'll slip up some time?
no subject
I don't know, but the longer we wait the more chances there are for him to.

Are you sure you don't want any help?
