Week 9.
Another week, another pair of losses, dropping your number down to less than a third of the original; Katniss Everdeen and Mahiru Hiiragi are dead, and for several people here, most of their close friends have died. There are so few of you now. Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Sunday morning will find the Adjudicator's office locked and inaccessible; he won't answer to any amount of knocking, either. Maybe that will change as the week goes on; maybe he's just gone for a short time, maybe he's straight-up abandoned you. Who knows with him. Another set of doors has opened up, straight down the center hallway. Go ahead and explore as much as you like; you've been doing very well. |
SUNDAY | MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY
[OOC: Welcome to week nine of Trustfell! Save your threads for coins; don't forget to submit your memory regains! Activity check is just a check-in this week!
THE FINAL INVESTIGATION BEGINS ON FRIDAY!
THIS IS THE LAST WEEK TO REDEEM COINS!
If you'd like to get in contact with the Adjudicator, you can do so here - again, he will not be present starting on Sunday, but that will likely change as the week goes on; we will let you know when he's accessible again, assuming he has not just flat-out ditched his post or something.]
TUESDAY
IN...CENTIVE...?
At some point mid-afternoon, though, it seems he's finally deigning to say something to you; he doesn't seem inclined to answer for where he's been, but he does seem decidedly calmer today than he has for the past week or so, his tone back to the usual bored apathy.]
So. Just thought it'd be a good idea to let people know that you've got three days to act on Rule Seven. That counts today – your time is up on Friday morning.
After that? Well, the game's going to end either way...only it's going to be on my terms, not yours. And you probably won't like mine very much.
Last chance to try to claim your fate for your own, in other words. Beyond this week, I can't really answer for anything that's going to happen to you.
Take control, or take your chances. Best of luck to you either way, I guess.
[It seems that that's all, for the time being; he'll be around in his office later today and for the rest of the week, though, as he usually is, should you have anything to say about it to his face.]

Well, we're all dead. Best put our affairs in order.

[ There's a notable pause here as he considers a few things.]
That would be boring, if it was just like that. If it was that straight forward, he could have tried a week ago with me.[ Sacrifices you make when your two sparring partners die in the same week.]

Something's changed since then, clearly. We're a liability.

A liability, huh?

[nods] Aye. Game's been running too long, probably.

Let's just say death doesn't matter too much if it's not a permanent thing. Not that a bunch of people haven't tried, do you know how much it hurts to be cleaved in half by a time-killer sword? Ah it was such a pain in the ass.

[ ...mmm, but it sounds like he's back at last. Checking on him every day to see if his door was unlocked yet was such a sad chore. ]
I guess that means you'll have to ask Juri to deliver it though, huh?

What do you think they taste like? [ she has asked juri before, he gave a cool answer, she wants to know robert's thoughts. ]

[After that, she'll be working on something in the kitchen. There's a pleasant scent of caramel around the area.]
