Ooh, and a handbook on swindling! And a notebook I can totally use as a diary, and some chalk, and underwear—like those really poofy bloomer types—and... food.

Chocolate-covered jerky or something like that and a bag of sweet rolls. The bread was delicious! [ ....... ] I'm totally not touching the jerky though, that sounds totally gross.
