Week 4.

WEEK 4

Three more Competitors died this past week. Chitoge Kirisaki tried to take matters into her own hands only to be punished as a result while William Flemming and Archie both tried to take the Adjudicator up on his word and escape. Three more of you are gone, but there's no going back now.

Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost...

Once again, another set of doors has opened up - this time at the end of the western corridor, leading up and toward the north. Go ahead and explore as much as you like; consider it a reward for surviving another week.

COMPETITORS REMAINING: 23

SUNDAY | MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY

[OOC: Welcome to week four of Trustfell! Don't forget to save your threads for coins and the activity check, and don't forget to submit this week's activity check and memory regains!

If you'd like to get in contact with the Adjudicator, you can do so here!]

Of course. [And now Cilan actually does look up, smiling.] As long as we all are willing to communicate and work together with one another, I'm sure that it would only be a matter of time before we are able to overturn this situation in our favor.

[ He laughs a bit. ]

Y'know, it's good to hear someone else say that too. I'm thinking setting up the meetings helps a lot with that.
cilantro: (this reminds me of a puzzle)

[personal profile] cilantro 2016-07-29 03:28 am (UTC)(link)
Indeed. I think they're a good way to get everyone organized and come up with strategies on how to improve our current situation.

[... I mean, until someone screws it up and decides the motive was somehow worth it anyway, but it's the thought that counts?]

Yep... and with new information coming in during them, it makes it easier. Knowledge is power and forging bonds during those meetings will probably a lot of people less inclined to listen to a motive upon finding out there's another way to get out.

[ Yuri is admittedly someone who is pretty realistic and thought every week would be the same. But, now that they've started to learn things, he kinda wants to hope a little that it might change? Just a little, though. Okay maybe a lot. ]

Of course there's another way out: our dear host has to have his own method of coming and going, as well as a method regarding how we were all brought here in the first place, right? As such, it would be best if we didn't give in to these tasteless incentives to try to escape, when I'm sure the answer we seek in regards to leaving this place will become known to us in due time.

Looks like we're in agreement all the way.

Cilan, right? Give it here.

[ He raised his hand for a high-five, remembering something that had returned to him recently...a fond memory of sorts. ]
cilantro: (unfairly attractive fictional character)

[personal profile] cilantro 2016-07-30 11:52 pm (UTC)(link)
Yes, that's right. And you're Yuri, if I recall correctly?

[Cilan blinks in surprise at the gesture. Thankfully though, despite not being one to do so very often, he recognizes it and meets Yuri's hand with his own for a high-five.]

[personal profile] hesperos 2016-07-31 12:44 am (UTC)(link)
Exactly.

[ He looks pretty glad for that, though. ]

Looks like we're pretty much pals now, then. That might have been the first step towards friendship.
cilantro: (tea time is always a good time)

[personal profile] cilantro 2016-07-31 02:40 am (UTC)(link)
Oh, is that right? [For some reason, Cilan seems rather happy to hear that--but then again, why wouldn't he? Friendship is awesome.]

So what do you consider to be the next step towards friendship, then?
hesperos: (o1)

[personal profile] hesperos 2016-07-31 04:00 am (UTC)(link)
[ It is! ]

Hmm... I dunno. I didn't think about it too much.

[ He seems to think about it already. And then... ]

Probably something simple. Us hanging out, kinda like what we're doing now even.

Maybe sharing stories of good times too.

[personal profile] cilantro 2016-07-31 09:22 pm (UTC)(link)
Oh, well I could always share stories of my world, in particular the Pokemon that live in it if you're interested?

[Since it seems like Pokemon is not a universal constant for everyone here and all.]
hesperos: (o9)

[personal profile] hesperos 2016-07-31 11:00 pm (UTC)(link)
Yeah, I'd say I'm pretty interested. How about I guess the rarest Pokemon you've seen or any Pokemon miracle stuff?

[ He's actually pretty curious, so... ]
cilantro: (if a ducklett crosses the road...)

[personal profile] cilantro 2016-08-01 01:38 am (UTC)(link)
The rarest Pokemon I've seen? Hm...

[Cilan has to really think about this for a moment, before...]

Well, Archie's Pokemon might actually be the rarest I've seen, as their flavor is quite uncommon in the Unova region, where I'm from. Either that, or the Pokemon called "Pikachu": in fact, until I met Ash and his Pikachu, I had never seen one in real life before.

[He had only ever seen them in books and on TV before that time, but if his recent dreams are correct, he has indeed met a real one now.]

[personal profile] hesperos 2016-08-01 03:38 pm (UTC)(link)
A peekaboo, huh?

[ He has a serious, almost thoughtful expression on his face. Okay not really, but still. ]

So I'm guessing regions have like a lot of different Pokemon and everything. How many regions are there, anyway?

cilantro: (but do we have enough tape for that...)

[personal profile] cilantro 2016-08-01 06:04 pm (UTC)(link)
Pikachu, and... honestly, I can't say for sure in regards to this taste. The world is quite huge, after all, and Unova is very far away from a lot of them... that said, I'm familiar with the Pokemon that live in at least five of them, including my own?

[Which, is about... 500+ Pokemon or more to be aware of, in all honesty?]

If I could, I think I'd might want to see your world for myself and see how many Pokemon there are since it sounds like there'd probably be a lot.

[ That and he's just the kind of guy who likes adventure sometimes, so. ]
