[Initially Cilan wasn't going to attend, but after talking with Aligula, Cilan eventually turns up and takes a seat, with both his and Archie's Pokemon making an appearance and free to mingle with others here. If asked, the Pokemon wanted some time out and about for themselves, so that's why he's come out of his room for a little while.
