Those sure are your lovely hosts for the evening. Regardless, heading to the foyer at the appointed time will net you the lovely sight of the foyer walls being covered in make-shift party streamers—toilet paper, actually, masterfully twirled and hung up by Ferid himself.

Also, the clock is absolutely draped with the stuff too. A good time was had in setting this up the hour before the party so no one'd ruin it.

As promised, there's a table with food! Tons of it, of all different kinds, including vegetarian (if we have any of those here). It's generally dinner stuff, but there's a table set aside particularly for a build-your-own-parfait bar. As far as refreshments go, it's water, tea, coffee, and ~*~HOT CHOCOLATE~*~!! Most of it's made by Cilan—the parfait is definitely the fault of your lovely lady host, though.

There's also a sheet with questions set aside, so be sure to pick it up! And remember: if you can't think if why your character'd come, Aligula's the type to make good on her word of dragging them/convincing them. Basically, don't sweat the small stuff. Even free food is a good reason.

...I used to be a Lit student. You, um. You pick up things. So you'll remember how stuff works. All of Dickinson's stuff is can be sung to either Gilligan's Island or, uh, the Battle Hymn of the Republic? If it doesn't scan to the first, try the second, because that's iambic...something. Not pentameter, the other one.

If you want iambic pentameter, that's the theme to Copacabana. But yeah, Gilligan's Island and...and Amazing fuckin' Grace, those are common meter. Heard of fuckin' House of the Rising Sun? That's another one that's in iambic whateverthefuck.

In my experience, most things do. There's many people in my world that chew pills just to get stronger on the battlefield, but in exchange they lose their humanity and can end up dying a horrible death if they overdose.

I'm a little surprised at the turnout of this party, though, considering how... uptight everyone seems. And how disliked the hosts are. It's nice to know that we'll at least talk politely when we're gathered, I guess.
