Week 1.
Despite how unhelpful she seems, one thing has become very clear after talking to the Transmitter: there's no way out of here. It seems like you're stuck here for the time being and the rules the Transmitter told you about are still hanging in every room. You'll be left up to your own devices now – feel free to continue exploring and getting to know your fellow Patients for the next several days. Should you want to eat something you're free to use the kitchen before 10PM, but after that the doors will be locked and no amount of fussing with the locks or trying to break them down will get them to budge. However, your wake-up call in the morning isn't exactly a pleasant one - loud bursts of static over the intercom can be heard early in the morning, pulsing almost as though it's following some sort of pattern, though it isn't possible to discern exactly what that pattern might be. This will happen every morning at 7AM and again in the evenings at 10PM. You'll be able to hear it no matter what room you're in. There isn't any punishment for sleeping through it, but you don't want to waste the day in bed, now do you? (Unless you were out exploring all last night. In which case, go back to bed, damn.) |

[OOC: Welcome to week one of Trustfell! Feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend. Don't forget to save those threads for coins and the activity check!
If you'd like to get in contact with the Transmitter, you can do so through text or the phone in your room!]

Thank you for your kind words, Miss. I'm sure there are others here that can teach you more, but if we find some sheet music around here, I'd be happy to help you learn.
[He pauses a little when she asks about his interests, though.]
I suppose you could say that, yes. While studying was something required of me, I did enjoy it far more than music, as dull as it may seem for me to say. I do appreciate the vote of confidence, though.

You know, I...I did not even think of sheet music...
[...granted, she would not know how to read it, but...now she feels kind of silly.]
I would certainly appreciate it, though! It'd probably be beneficial to learn how to read the actual music...
[...still, Felicia's brow admittedly does quirk when he admits that, but she doesn't seem judgemental? More curious, than anything.]
Really? Was it what you learned from studying that enthralled you, or was it simply the act of studying?

[But as for why he liked to study...]
It's the former, really. It allowed me to discover a set of ideals that I still hold to this day, and it taught me the importance of possessing knowledge. I don't believe I would be the man I am today if it weren't for that.
