Week 3.

WEEK 3 Grace and Doug are dead. It seems that there isn't anything more to do but mourn your losses and try to move forward. The Transmitter's rules still hang in every room, a reminder of the only means of escaping this place. But surely no one else will give into them, right? Saturday is given to regrouping and rest; the static blares out early on Sunday, but at least there are no bodies to find today - it seems you're safe for now. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Once again, however, it seems your efforts won't go unrewarded; another set of corridors have opened up, much in the same fashion as the other new area did last week. With them come new rooms to explore; maybe some of them will be to your liking. Or perhaps it's better to say that hopefully some of them will; after all, if the Transmitter gets her way, you may be here for a very, very long time. PATIENTS REMAINING: 26

None that it can tell me; it doesn't seem to speak at all.

[It'll kind of chirp at her, once it is a bit more accustomed to her presence and seems to have deemed her not-terrifying! ...Not like that takes very long, it isn't terribly bright.]

...Well, outside of that. It does seem to understand what's being said, however.

[Her mind is invaded by the immediate, bitter thought that Kogami must be tired of watching her, he's going to leave (like he should've done a week ago). It makes the surprise all the more palatable when he takes up position on her left, aiming at his own target. Her arms dip as she watches him shoot.]

... Would you like to have a competition, Shinya-san?

[The words come from her like somebody else is using her for a mouthpiece, but Sakura... oddly steady as she talks. She draws a finger over the barrel]

You're good with guns, and I prefer bows. We should be evenly matched.

That would be one possibility. Another is that some used or damaged items aren't replaced immediately and I happened to be present on a day when they weren't scheduled to restock anything.

[He hasn't really been watching the art room obsessively prior to this, after all.]

Still, it wouldn't be too surprising if they were coordinating with the Transmitter in some fashion, just to avoid this kind of scenario.

It was good of you to bring me to that party last night. It isn't how I would have thought to spend my time, otherwise. But it was appreciated regardless.

[Rin turns over the sheet of paper she has, to make a list of all the items she got from the vending machine that she's willing to part with for this cause. They're probably written down in more general terms, but for reference here's what she's considering:

I'd say we should use that machine you have, but I got rid of it and the game it came with already.

[ To poor Nachetanya, and everyone else who had the displeasure of Black's, well, everything last night, the question is the obvious matter of course, but Tsubasa, still more or less oblivious to the panic of the evening, is caught completely off-guard by the request. It hits her like a bolt from the blue, and even she can't keep the surprise off of her phase. ]

Where...what made you bring this up, all of a sudden? It's, er...well, it's so sudden...

[ At least the mood is a bit lighter now, she mulls to herself as she keeps stitching her sheets. ]

At the very least, perhaps you would make an interesting tag team.

Nachetanya and I make a pretty great team. I'm sure we'll come up with something.

To me, it doesn't seem sudden at all.

[ . . .Well, it's mostly true. But huh, so she really doesn't remember. She knew that was the case this morning too, but it's nice in a way to get confirmation. She exhales, keeping her hand on her chest. ]

I was advised by a few people to seize upon what will make me happy. And I hope that it will make you happy as well - I want to clarify the nature of our relationship.

So that's what you were up to. Why the art room? If you wanted to patrol, the hallways would be better.

And I think the rest was more helpful than not. I actually feel a fair bit refreshed, for a change. I appreciate the concern regardless, though. I'll be more than fine.

I think I could carry anything. Look at these arms, they're going to resist anything you want. [Literal stick arms, but at least they're metallic and sturdy.

Mm, doesn't look like it. Maybe we should use something from sewing room instead? Sewing more would be more work...but we can be sure it's something we put there.

... Yes. I do wonder what came of things, after that. [ She... ] Or how they found me. I remember screaming, but then my throat was crushed.
