Week 3.

WEEK 3

Grace and Doug are dead. It seems that there isn't anything more to do but mourn your losses and try to move forward. The Transmitter's rules still hang in every room, a reminder of the only means of escaping this place.

But surely no one else will give into them, right?

Saturday is given to regrouping and rest; the static blares out early on Sunday, but at least there are no bodies to find today - it seems you're safe for now. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost...

Once again, however, it seems your efforts won't go unrewarded; another set of corridors have opened up, much in the same fashion as the other new area did last week. With them come new rooms to explore; maybe some of them will be to your liking.

Or perhaps it's better to say that hopefully some of them will; after all, if the Transmitter gets her way, you may be here for a very, very long time.

PATIENTS REMAINING: 26

SUNDAY | MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY
[OOC: Welcome to week three of Trustfell! Feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend. Don't forget to save those threads for coins and the activity check!

If you'd like to get in contact with the Transmitter, you can do so through text or the phone in your room!]

It might depend on how they're limiting ours.

If the entire building is masked in a field that eliminates the use of magecra-- [Oh, excuse her] -- um... magic, then wouldn't our captors be held to that as well? They'd need a way to cancel it out.

[Which is entirely possible, Sakura isn't saying it isn't. Really, they have no way of knowing for certain]

Just remembered a big comeback show last night, actually. Which I apparently didn't question at the time, but now have several questions for Jem and the Holograms about, because I think I saved the world from music zombies.

Is it? [ He blinks a bit.]

...Am I wrong?

You... What?

[You saved the world.

You.]
cadmiums: (xᴠɪ)

[personal profile] cadmiums 2017-06-20 01:31 am (UTC)(link)
Why not? Despite our circumstances we should still make the most of it.
brushworks: (SIGH ♔ at least you tried)

I don't care if they are sexy or cute...

I don't see why not. I've taken in a ward from the home we run for children with disabilities, and have entrusted an employee who defected from a rival group with her care. Suzaki wants to discredit me because the two of us have different visions for Martel, and there's nothing he won't do for a goal.

What I recalled this past night in one of those dreams was receiving an anonymous note that Suzaki had ordered a group of his loyalists to kidnap the girl and blame her caretaker. Because the caretaker once belonged to Guardian, [you know, the first thing under Sakura's dislikes] the idea was that she'd look disloyal, and I would look foolish.

Ah... couldn't they set the parameters of the barrier, though? [ she flicks at the targets again ] I'd actually thought it could be parasites.
crywiththesaints: Angry in shadow (frozen my body rises through the dark)

I'm surprised that you can be such an optimist.

[Shoulders stiffening, but she doesn't move otherwise.]

... Parasites?
nachetanya: (Ragnarok)

[personal profile] nachetanya 2017-06-20 01:35 am (UTC)(link)
I'd received some information on the Martel Group before now... but why is it that it's called that?
ossifragant: (⊗ soon heads will be rolling)

[personal profile] ossifragant 2017-06-20 01:36 am (UTC)(link)
Can't say I blame you there, this is definitely a treat after everything that's happened.

[four people are dead, etc, etc]
enhancements: (19. keep it inside and fill it with lies)

[personal profile] enhancements 2017-06-20 01:39 am (UTC)(link)
They sound charming, both of them.

[...And good lord, he'd been wondering about the sweater but this past weekend was not exactly the time to ask.]

Might I ask you something?
dangerousfool: (You look awf--I mean you look great)

[personal profile] dangerousfool 2017-06-20 01:39 am (UTC)(link)
Uh...

[Wheatley is starting to regret mentioning the explosive lemons]

My--my role is to be a supervisor, mate. I supervise, I watch stuff. Yes! So I'll have to supervise you while you do it.

[Not an outright lie, but anything goes when it's about getting oout of the dangerous stuff.

You recognize it?

[personal profile] yourpiecenow 2017-06-20 01:44 am (UTC)(link)
What...? Oh my God, I was kidding. Joking. Monsters do that too sometimes, right?

But you just said you cared about their form! [ Not the way he would put it but the message is clear enough to him!]
crywiththesaints: Impressed (still like a doll)

[personal profile] crywiththesaints 2017-06-20 01:45 am (UTC)(link)
Martel? It means "hammer" in Old French. The Magna Martel Group works as a tool to rebuild the damaged planet and carry out its will.
nachetanya: (Dream Drop Distance)

[personal profile] nachetanya 2017-06-20 01:46 am (UTC)(link)
Yes. At least where I'm from, it wouldn't be impossible to consider that there could be a parasitic fiend which would disable the abilities of a saint.
nachetanya: (Sparkle)

[personal profile] nachetanya 2017-06-20 01:50 am (UTC)(link)
I think it might be better if you do it though, Wheatley. Or that we find someone else more skilled with chemistry.
crywiththesaints: Critical look (and the past that it leaves)

[personal profile] crywiththesaints 2017-06-20 01:50 am (UTC)(link)
Naturally. I've got an extensive collection of fossils at home, gathered from around the world.

Damaged... Is that simply a matter of the spirits you had been talking about the other day?
doctorize: (readying his instruments)

[personal profile] doctorize 2017-06-20 01:50 am (UTC)(link)
You'll have to tell me how it goes.

[He's curious if Kogami can actually get this gun fixed or not... in the meantime--]

Were you able to sleep well last night?
halleberry: (the wings of the dove)

[personal profile] halleberry 2017-06-20 01:51 am (UTC)(link)
That's one way to put it. I don't particularly think it's something far beyond what anyone else with my level of free time could do. Studying is simply a matter of finding the time and getting into good habits. I'm not sure if I could call that an ability as much as it's simply taking advantage of a lack of other obligations.

But I'd like that, Matou-san. If you need help with anything, I'd be more than happy to teach you as much as you'd like. I'm more than happy to help.

No, you're not. Death is inevitable. That doesn't mean that you should die quickly, though.
