Week 3.

WEEK 3 Grace and Doug are dead. It seems that there isn't anything more to do but mourn your losses and try to move forward. The Transmitter's rules still hang in every room, a reminder of the only means of escaping this place. But surely no one else will give into them, right? Saturday is given to regrouping and rest; the static blares out early on Sunday, but at least there are no bodies to find today - it seems you're safe for now. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Once again, however, it seems your efforts won't go unrewarded; another set of corridors have opened up, much in the same fashion as the other new area did last week. With them come new rooms to explore; maybe some of them will be to your liking. Or perhaps it's better to say that hopefully some of them will; after all, if the Transmitter gets her way, you may be here for a very, very long time. PATIENTS REMAINING: 26

[There are plenty of other art supplies - just about anything you can think of can be found in here. Aside from standard things like pens and pencils you can also find boxes of clay and those palette knives...]

[ Ooh, let's look at those knives, since... thank you, knives, for being here, where the art is, ]

You kids have fun. Fun's not easy to find here.

[They're very sharp... almost like someone specifically sharpened them for this...

But aside from being sharp, they're not really all that interesting.]

[ Something George says bothers him but it's not clear what, exactly. He's silent for several seconds, playing with his scarf.]

Sometimes you have to do things you don't want to do.

[ Hm. How about those clay boxes, then? If she shakes them, or opens the tops...? ]

[They're pretty heavy, so be careful if you try to shake them! Shaking them won't really produce any results, but opening them up might be a good idea! There's nothing visible on top except clay, but is that really all that's in these boxes?]

I was confident someone as strong as you would have to be.

[ Smirking.

She at least stopped laughing?? ]

I'm sure they'll do anything to keep this "game" going, even if they're the only ones who find this the least bit entertaining.

That seems to be their thing, yup. Forcing people to kill each other for fun and maybe eventually profit!

Thankfully you won't have to go very far, though! There's something hard inside the clay near the far edge of the box!]

[It looks like you've found a brass key! You might want to clean it off though, since it was covered in clay. Who does that.]

Don't get me wrong, alchemists are paranoid as hell; they all write their notes in code, but warring alchemists don't really exist.

Then again, that might be because Amestris is a very insulated society.

[He's eyeing her in worry, but it doesn't seem to be wariness so much as genuine concern.]

They've sure got some strange idea of fun.

[ FINALLY, NOW SHE CAN FIGHT THE HEARTLESS WITH HER PURE HEAR- oh, it's brass. That works too, she guesses. Time to go clean that off and take it back to her room, probably, unless there's something more to find. ]

Yeah... but at least according to the Transmitter no one else besides her and the Risen are watching, so we're probably not dealing with some kind of... Reality Show From Hell situation.

It seems like we all come from a variety of places. I wonder what it means, if anything.

[Rin was trying to ignore, just like Sakura and Rose, but that's difficult when you're being grabbed. Rin jerks her wrist back immediately, as if her skin is ice and Corrin's hand is flame.]

I can and I will, Corrin. [Rin responds harshly to the princess, misunderstanding the reasons behind her desperation entirely.] If you disagree, then when Friday comes kill me first, but know I won't make it easy for you.
