Week 6.

WEEK 6

You've all been spared from the zombie apocalypse, but at the cost of three lives. Albert Wesker, Nozomi Kaminashi, and Jack Krauser are no longer with you. The Transmitter's rules are set in stone, and not even self-defense or trying to save the group will spare you from execution.

So where do you go from here?

Saturday is given to regrouping and rest; the static blares out early on Sunday, but at least there are no bodies to find today - it seems you're safe for now. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost...

But another week - or, perhaps, another successful trial - means another new corridor is available to you, jutting out from the rest of the building and leading to the north. Given the structure of the rest of this place, it begs the question: just how large is this building?

More than a third of your number is dead. Are you going to run out of hallways first, or people to explore them?

PATIENTS REMAINING: 19

I believe so, if this "profile" that came with the toy is any indication.

[It says right here that it's based on Pizzazz's cat, so... he picks up the stuffed cat to hold out to her.]

I assume that you would like to have this back?

I... yes please?

[ She'll take it back, but. Wait. ]

... Profile?
doctorize: (I said hey)

[personal profile] doctorize 2017-07-13 07:57 pm (UTC)(link)
It also came with this.

[Danny will now produce the profile in question to hand to Pizzazz as well.]

[ Pizzazz gives it... a surprisingly super fond look as she reads it over. ]

Yeah, that... that's Mads, alright.

I see. It sounds like they're a wonderful companion to have.

She's great. The best cat ever.

[Aww]

That's sweet. I wish I had a pet like that, but I worry sometimes whether or not I would be able to devote the proper amount of time for them when I'm not working.

Yeah, I guess being a doctor doesn't exactly leave you with a bunch of downtime.

[personal profile] doctorize 2017-07-13 09:26 pm (UTC)(link)
Indeed. That said, I do certainly try to relax or find things to do when the opportunity strikes.

[personal profile] arebetter 2017-07-14 01:14 am (UTC)(link)
Oh yeah? What kinds of hobbies do you have, doc?

[personal profile] doctorize 2017-07-14 01:27 am (UTC)(link)
Reading, mostly, but sometimes I try cooking or going for walks and seeing what kind of interests I might find while exploring the town.

[personal profile] arebetter 2017-07-14 01:52 am (UTC)(link)
Huh. And what kinds of things do you usually run into?
doctorize: (I said hey)

[personal profile] doctorize 2017-07-14 05:16 am (UTC)(link)
Not much since it's been rather dangerous to be out and about lately, but I sometimes find new stores to look into, or see plants that I consider getting for the office to brighten it up for the patients that come for therapy.

[personal profile] arebetter 2017-07-17 11:05 pm (UTC)(link)
Really? What's so dangerous? I mean... besides the apparent roaming serial killers.
doctorize: (please stop trying to kill me)

[personal profile] doctorize 2017-07-17 11:13 pm (UTC)(link)
... If I said it was the latter, and there was more than one on the loose at the moment...

[Basically, Danny's town sucks, don't live here.]

... Where you live sounds kind of fucked up, Danny.
