Induction.

Most people seem to have congregated near the foyer for now, but they come and they go; as such, it might take you a moment to notice that something isn't right.

It might simply be a matter of looking around the room and noticing that there's someone there that you don't recognize, someone that doesn't have a profile listed along with the rest. Or perhaps the realization might come from taking a headcount, and realizing that you're consistently coming up with one too many.

Count again. The result will stay the same. Twenty-nine, thirty.

Thirty-one.

Of course, there are those of you that haven't survived this long for nothing; there's something about the situation that's reading as wrong.

Whatever seems to do it, you'll all become aware that there's someone else here with you, near that larger blocked-off area in the northeast quarter of the room; he's leaning up against the wall casually, his head tipped to the side in a manner that's almost delicate, birdlike, arms folded against his chest.

And he just watches.

His clothes are casual but well-kept, jeans and a black button-up that's got a couple buttons left undone at the collar; his dark blond hair is cut rogueishly short, along the lines of Luca's or Inigo's, falling in unkempt layers around his face, and his dark brown eyes are large and inquisitive. His expression is warm and open, and there's a small beauty mark near his mouth, on the lower left side of his face; he also looks young - not nearly as much so as Mozu, he's definitely over 18, but he's also definitely the sort of guy that gets carded in bars.

He'll smile once he notices that he's been...well, noticed; he pushes away from the wall, his hands sweeping down to rest at his sides – palm-out as though to verify the lack of a weapon on his part.

"You guys probably have some questions about what's going on here – I'm a busy guy, so you should probably re-read the rules again before asking some of them."

He shrugs a bit, though, once that's out there; that open expression doesn't falter, but there's something cold creeping into his eyes as he speaks.

"I'm the Adjudicator. Guess it's nice to meet you."

[OOC: Bear in mind that Rule Five is in effect, even now! Threatening is fair game, but any instances of actual violence against him will be punished immediately, and he has the IC means by which to do it - so unless you want to die within the first five minutes of the game, you might not want to do that. Just a thought!]
