[ After a hell of a trial, Katniss needs to focus her energy into something. So, the afterparty it is. Since she's not good at this kind of stuff, she's had some help. She'll pass out invitations to anyone she passes by, or she'll slip them under the door. ]



[ There is some food set up, but it's very much in sealed containers. Cookies, specifically, along with anything else she could scrounge up. There are very tightly sealed bottles of drinks, too. After that whole thing, she figures it'd be best to tread with caution. She won't blame anyone who brings their own food, of course.

There are fixings for smoothies, just in case someone's feeling it. Katniss has set up a couple of blenders around the game room. There's also some surf 'n' turf food, to honor Mack, too.

There are some decorations--courtesy of the guys, of course, because how the heck do you decorate for anything. ]

Fluids are pretty essential right now. And I don't trust myself with too many hard foods just yet.

[I mean, she'll still eat what people bring because she wants people to feel good. But soup is good.]

Yeah, I don't blame you. Do you want me to see if Yuri and I can pick you up later and take you back to your room? Or... should I just ask Juri if the infirmary is okay?

Well, I don't want people to go out of their way to carry me again... If Juri gives the a-okay, that'd be great.

I'll go check in with him, then, because... yeah, that would be kind of a pain. It wasn't hard to carry you, but it was awkward and I was worried we'd mess it up.

Aw, shucks, I was just doing what I thought was a good idea. I really need to talk to Aligula about how I can do it better.

It would be nice to actually be able to save someone. I don't know how we could get to them in time, though... I mean, it's starting to seem like a bad idea to be out on Thursday nights to begin with.

It does always seem to be Thursday/Fridays that... stuff happens.

Why is that? If it didn't happen a bunch of times in a row by now, I wouldn't really think it was weird, but...

Maybe that's just how long it takes for the stress to really get to someone.

I actually thought he was one of the more reasonable people here for a while.

I guess he was just good at manipulating people.

He must've been to pull one over on everyone. I always hoped people like that would be a lot easier to spot.
