Week 1
Unfortunately (or fortunately, for those of you who decided he ranks at an 8 or higher) the Adjudicator has made an appearance and he doesn't seem to be lying about anything that's happening here. There's no way out. It seems like you're stuck here for the time being and the rules the Adjudicator told you about are still hanging in every room. While the Adjudicator himself is around, you'll be left up to your own devices – feel free to continue exploring and getting to know your fellow Competitors for the next several days. Should you want to eat something you're free to use the kitchen before 10PM, but after that the doors will be locked and no amount of fussing with the locks or trying to break them down will get them to budge. You'll notice that the clock in the foyer goes off periodically, however. This will happen every morning at 7AM and again in the evenings at 10PM. You'll be able to hear it no matter what room you're in; it seems it's being piped in over that PA system in the walls. There isn't any punishment for sleeping through it, but you don't want to waste the day in bed, now do you? (Unless you were out exploring all last night. In which case, go back to bed, damn.) |

[OOC: Welcome to week one of Trustfell! Feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend. Don't forget to save those threads for coins and the activity check!
If you'd like to get in contact with the Adjudicator, you can do so here!]

Yes, I am: back home in Striaton City, my brothers and I have our own restaurant that we manage, doing the best we can to serve our customers with delicious meals every time they visit.
no subject
That's impressive.
I'm just a home cook; I can't do anything quite like this.
no subject
[So take pride in your cooking, good sir!!]
no subject
Maybe I'll cook for the group at some point.
no subject
[And sometimes, that's honestly the best way to improve your own skills, y'know?]
no subject
My daughter likes my cooking, but that's not really the same thing.
[Also she's ten, so.]
no subject
[If his own brothers wouldn't eat it, how would he expect a customer to do the same?]
no subject
I'm sure my daughter will appreciate my practicing.
no subject
[Give us deets on the meals you've cooked before!!]

None of them are very fancy-sounding, but hey, he's a dad and a scientist, cut him some slack!]

[Unova tends to lead more heavily on American-style cuisine, with some Japanese and French dishes occasionally too, so... yeah, British is probably pretty unique by comparison?]

[At least until we reacquire our Pokemon and then maybe we can consider what risks there might be to trying to leave, then.]
no subject
With any luck, we'll only be here for a few days at most. We're bound to find a way out of here eventually.
no subject
[But until then... we'll just have to wait and see.]
no subject
[At least he's already had the Pokemon conversation with Archie.]

Pansage, my partner, is known as the "Grass Monkey", and as such, it looks like a green monkey with leafy foliage growing from the top of it's head... you really can't miss it, what with it's friendly appearance and sweet fragrance of confidence...
[Have you seen anything like that around here recently?]
no subject
I haven't seen anything like that around here, but if see it, I'll let you know. I suppose if it's wandering around here somewhere, it'll bump into you sooner or later.
