Week 1
Unfortunately (or fortunately, for those of you who decided he ranks at an 8 or higher) the Adjudicator has made an appearance and he doesn't seem to be lying about anything that's happening here. There's no way out. It seems like you're stuck here for the time being and the rules the Adjudicator told you about are still hanging in every room. While the Adjudicator himself is around, you'll be left up to your own devices – feel free to continue exploring and getting to know your fellow Competitors for the next several days. Should you want to eat something you're free to use the kitchen before 10PM, but after that the doors will be locked and no amount of fussing with the locks or trying to break them down will get them to budge. You'll notice that the clock in the foyer goes off periodically, however. This will happen every morning at 7AM and again in the evenings at 10PM. You'll be able to hear it no matter what room you're in; it seems it's being piped in over that PA system in the walls. There isn't any punishment for sleeping through it, but you don't want to waste the day in bed, now do you? (Unless you were out exploring all last night. In which case, go back to bed, damn.) |

[OOC: Welcome to week one of Trustfell! Feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend. Don't forget to save those threads for coins and the activity check!
If you'd like to get in contact with the Adjudicator, you can do so here!]

[It's hard to tell if he's approving or disapproving Inigo's comments here with that remark, but otherwise--]
Well, before you can call yourself a Tea Connoisseur too, you'll need to know where everything is in the kitchen first, wouldn't you agree?
[Otherwise the girls might not be particularly impressed if you don't even know where the kettle is, let alone how to heat it properly.]

[ Too much newfangled tech, he's kind of intimidated by it. He continues to eat, and soon enough there's nothing left on the plate.
Let's do this, his body is ready for the crash course. ]

[Walk over here Inigo and we'll show you the many wonders of this modern invention.]
This machine is used to help store left-over food and keep it cool at an appropriate temperature that will further it's longevity and thus maintain it's taste, if stored properly. The top half here is where you're going to want to keep ice or anything else that you do not wish to have melt, or otherwise do not plan to cook and eat within a certain period of time.
[Are you with us so far, Inigo?]

Where I'm from, food is kept cool in larders or root cellars. Sometimes hexes are used, but not everyone can perform dark magic.

[what are you talking about inigo, that is not a thing that we have back where we're from]

[ what the fuck, cilan. ]

[At least, that's how it is where we're from.]

[So let's... get back on the topic of that...]
Food will go bad eventually after a certain period of time, but using these will help store your food and ingredients longer, especially things like milk. As such, make sure to put things you take from the fridge back in when you're done using them or else they'll spoil.

All right, got it. [ He motions to the stove. ] How does that work? From my understanding, it's for cooking the food, but I haven't a clue as to how you use it.
