Week 1
Unfortunately (or fortunately, for those of you who decided he ranks at an 8 or higher) the Adjudicator has made an appearance and he doesn't seem to be lying about anything that's happening here. There's no way out. It seems like you're stuck here for the time being and the rules the Adjudicator told you about are still hanging in every room. While the Adjudicator himself is around, you'll be left up to your own devices – feel free to continue exploring and getting to know your fellow Competitors for the next several days. Should you want to eat something you're free to use the kitchen before 10PM, but after that the doors will be locked and no amount of fussing with the locks or trying to break them down will get them to budge. You'll notice that the clock in the foyer goes off periodically, however. This will happen every morning at 7AM and again in the evenings at 10PM. You'll be able to hear it no matter what room you're in; it seems it's being piped in over that PA system in the walls. There isn't any punishment for sleeping through it, but you don't want to waste the day in bed, now do you? (Unless you were out exploring all last night. In which case, go back to bed, damn.) |
MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY
[OOC: Welcome to week one of Trustfell! Feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend. Don't forget to save those threads for coins and the activity check!
If you'd like to get in contact with the Adjudicator, you can do so here!]

[It's an automatic sort of answer while he plucks a few more keys, as though remembering a specific tune was more important then anything. You can look as jittery as you want, Makick, AZ doesn't mind - or, uh, care?
He doesn't really bother looking up from it, at least not right now.]
I used to. It has been a very long time.

I mean. Same? But I think my definition of a long time is kinda. Different.

Though, if you were to suddenly reveal that you were yet another capable of immortality I would not be too surprised any longer. [He even chuckles a bit. This place has already been messing with his perceptions of things, even right as he woke up in that bed that's probably bent to hell now. Whoops.]
I always thought the music to be calming after dealing with stress and anxieties. of course, I'm sure that I am hardly the player I once was.

[It's not really self-deprecating, just sort of. Fact. He's average as hell.]
I, uh. I learned a few really basic things when I was a kid? My dad had me take lessons and shit. Enough to improvise a bit. Get girls in high school, stuff like that. Nothing really came of it.

Is that so? [There may be the barest hint of a laugh in his voice.] I suppose that even the luxury of having a lesson or two is worth something.
[Plink, plink plink.]
Hmm, learning it was something I attempted on my own, barring some help from... [mother...] The original goal was to make it so I could play certain songs I knew in my youth, then it grew into a goal of impressing others.
[if you can't impress some ladies/guys with mad piano skills then what's the point anyway]
