Week 3.
Grace and Doug are dead. It seems that there isn't anything more to do but mourn your losses and try to move forward. The Transmitter's rules still hang in every room, a reminder of the only means of escaping this place. But surely no one else will give into them, right? Saturday is given to regrouping and rest; the static blares out early on Sunday, but at least there are no bodies to find today - it seems you're safe for now. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Once again, however, it seems your efforts won't go unrewarded; another set of corridors have opened up, much in the same fashion as the other new area did last week. With them come new rooms to explore; maybe some of them will be to your liking. Or perhaps it's better to say that hopefully some of them will; after all, if the Transmitter gets her way, you may be here for a very, very long time. |

[OOC: Welcome to week three of Trustfell! Feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend. Don't forget to save those threads for coins and the activity check!
If you'd like to get in contact with the Transmitter, you can do so through text or the phone in your room!]

"Who cares? It was just one time. And besides, you promised you wouldn't tell anyone, Araragi-kun."
"That's...not a promise I can keep."
Tsubasa opens her eyes, and even the semblance of light peeking out from the crack beneath the door strains her vision. She takes her aspirin and gets changed, all the same. She looks a degree better than she did yesterday at the gathering, at the very least; her face has regained some color, and she's not clutching her head as often, instead opting to be on alert as she explores the new areas.
As out of place as it may be, she's grateful for the lack of guns themselves in the shooting range; she doesn't quite have the dexterity to use a bow and arrow at the moment, or even to properly aim a crossbow (though she imagines those will see some use at some point here, and makes a mental note to herself to keep an eye on them, lest they go missing one day), but to be in a room full of firearms with a migraine would be torturous on her temples. Still, when no one's shooting (not to get in anyone's way,) she'll have to conduct a minor investigation around here: is there anything we can glean from those divots and cracks? It'd be nice if she had some luminol, or something of the sort, but...
After that's done, though, a pool actually seems a bit like a godsend right now: it may be odd to see her out of her uniform, but she did put on a swimsuit, and she's got her toes in the water! For now, though, she seems more content to stare at her reflection in the water's surface and kick her feet rather than actually swim. At least her hand is to her chin today rather than to her forehead; she's lost in thought as she stares at the water. ]

I'm not feeling so hopeful that they want the murders to stop.
[Not that he was in the first place, but this just screams to please keep doing this.]

[ She exhales. ]
Do you know if any guns have appeared from the vending machine? Considering everything else that's come out of it, a gun may not be out of the question.

[There's no sugar coating this. Kogami refuses to have false optimism or anything of the like. This is all about the reality they're in right now.]

[ She's not in the business of underselling, either, but... ]
Things really can't continue this way.

[He has no doubt another incentive will happen and someone else will be given that 'push' to kill.]

[ As much as she wracks her brain to try and think of another way, there's nothing coming. It could be her headaches blocking her off from thinking about it properly, but, persistent as she is, finding a viable solution to keep someone from murdering is an incredibly difficult task... ]

[Though Kogami is pretty sure it's death, just based on the fact that if Rule 7 isn't followed through, then the culprit ends up executed.]

[ Given, of course, the amount of recklessness that's already happened over the past two weeks. ]
Still, there must be a precaution that could work.
no subject
[Though there is....]
Rule 4 may help us in this case, however.

Any fortune cracking the mysteries of the world up there, Tsubasa?

[ Of course, she's no detective...maybe Kogami-san can come to a more efficient conclusion than she could. ]
Have you been investigating yourself, Rin-san?
no subject
[She did some swimming, anyways, if only so people could see her there.]

[ Assuming, you know, no one winds up face-down in it on Friday. ]

[Entirely too cheerful here.]

...I'm not saying don't, but, I'm just questioning the logistics of that...
no subject
Well, I'm not going to drain it, but I do want to check it out.

[ It's not against the rules, after all. ]

pool
[Nozomi wasted absolutely no time getting in the pool today, and she's quick to swim over to Tsubasa once she's plunged her feet in.]
The water feels great, doesn't it?
no subject
[ Her enthusiasm is a bit infectious; she can't help herself. Tsubasa smiles back at her, in spite of her headache. ]
I'm not much of a swimmer, but, the water is comfortable, yes. I'm surprised that we managed to get a pool...
no subject
[Aaand there she does.]
What about floating around on your back? That can be really relaxing. Let the water take away your worries.
