Week 3.

WEEK 3 Grace and Doug are dead. It seems that there isn't anything more to do but mourn your losses and try to move forward. The Transmitter's rules still hang in every room, a reminder of the only means of escaping this place. But surely no one else will give into them, right? Saturday is given to regrouping and rest; the static blares out early on Sunday, but at least there are no bodies to find today - it seems you're safe for now. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Once again, however, it seems your efforts won't go unrewarded; another set of corridors have opened up, much in the same fashion as the other new area did last week. With them come new rooms to explore; maybe some of them will be to your liking. Or perhaps it's better to say that hopefully some of them will; after all, if the Transmitter gets her way, you may be here for a very, very long time. PATIENTS REMAINING: 26

It sure seems that way, doesn't it? This week is going to be a mess.

And even if something does happen and we get past it, who's to say they won't just trot this motive out again later? Though that might not be fun enough for the Risen.

If they bring out the same motivation, I expect there will be a change.

Maybe they'll blurt out secrets to the group instead.

I'm sure they'll do anything to keep this "game" going, even if they're the only ones who find this the least bit entertaining.

That seems to be their thing, yup. Forcing people to kill each other for fun and maybe eventually profit!

They've sure got some strange idea of fun.

Yeah... but at least according to the Transmitter no one else besides her and the Risen are watching, so we're probably not dealing with some kind of... Reality Show From Hell situation.

I have no idea what you're talking about, but I'll take your word for it.

Uh... right, 1700s. Imagine a play, except you're watching people go through their actual lives, and there's a director to the side telling them to ruin those lives on camera.

That sounds bizarre, but okay. That does sound a little like what's happening to us.

Yeah, it's more that they're not selling tickets to anyone else. That's what I meant she said we aren't in.

They do seem to be doing this more for their own entertainment, don't they?

Yep. And apparently for something else they're not telling us, but if they won't tell us then it doesn't really matter.

I wonder how long until they'll enlighten us.
