Week 4.

WEEK 4 Your secrets are safe, at the cost of Yusuke Kitagawa's and Damon Gant's lives. There's no more room for doubt: the Transmitter and the Risen are going to keep pushing for people to kill every week with a new incentive. Who will give in this week? Saturday is given to regrouping and rest; the static blares out early on Sunday, but at least there are no bodies to find today - it seems you're safe for now. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Furthermore, it seems that another corridor has been opened to you, moving northward from the previous two sections that have been unlocked; as always, it's just sort of there now, as opposed to anything you may have noticed before. It seems a bit quieter down this way, the usual whispering and static that crops up from time to time a little less present; maybe you're getting closer to something that may be considered peaceful. Or maybe you're not. After all, the game is still on, and doesn't seem to be stopping anytime soon. PATIENTS REMAINING: 24

Oh, there you are. We missed you last night.

Yeah, sorry. Haven't been feeling other people much this week.

Did you just get bored of staring at the same four walls, or is that no longer the case?

[arebetter]

Cooled off enough to stand being out and about some, more like.

[ AFTER... LIKE FOUR DAYS ]

Geez, that's a long time to be mad. Was it a memory, or the incentive?

[arebetter]

Oh, memory. I don't give a single damn about the incentive this week.

[heritrix]

It must have been a doozy. I'm glad you worked through it somewhat.

[arebetter]

I mean, for the record, I wasn't moping or crying or anything. Just really pissed.

[heritrix]

[She makes an actual "pfft" sound.]

Don't worry, that was the last thing I was thinking of. You're not a dweller, you're a doer.

Exactly. Been playing a lot of music, mostly.

[heritrix]

Anything new?

[arebetter]

Not much. I've been working on some stuff, but I don't write our lyrics, usually. That's Stormer's job.

[heritrix]

So that would make you the guitarist. Maybe? I guess it could be keyboard, but that doesn't seem fitting with the rock star image.

[She did play the piano well, though.]

[arebetter]

Lead singer and guitar. Got my guitar out of the vending machine a week or so back.

[heritrix]

Oh, that's awesome! [And then she makes a face.] The best I've gotten from it is my pajamas...

[arebetter]

[ A sigh. ]

They had yours too, huh?

[heritrix]

Yeah, I was surprised. I don't wear them that often.

[arebetter]

I wear them all the time and let me tell you, it didn't make any more sense to me.

[heritrix]

You know, I got a bra in there, too. It wasn't mine, but they have seriously weird stuff.

[arebetter]

Have you gotten any of the creepy vibrators yet?

[heritrix]

[Here Rin bursts out laughing.]

No, but I've seen them! Nachetanya pulled twenty of them the other day.

[arebetter]

Twenty?

[ Alright, she has to laugh a little too. ]

Well, that's the best mental image I've had all week.

[heritrix]

I don't think she knows what they are, either, which only makes it funnier.

[arebetter]

Oh of course she doesn't.

Do you think we can convince her you race them?

[heritrix]

[She's snickering again.]

I think she might have thought of that already? I walked by the dining room to bring her lunch, and she had them all buzzing about on the table. I had to leave immediately so she wouldn't hear me laughing!
