Week 5.

WEEK 5 Another week has passed; another two people have died. Tsubasa Hanekawa and Nachetanya Loei Piena Augustra have joined the ranks of the deceased. Whatever you may have thought about them in the end, one thing hovers heavy over the group: the fact that neither their compassion nor their ambition was enough to keep them alive in here. Is yours? Saturday is given to regrouping and rest; the static blares out early on Sunday, but at least there are no bodies to find today - it seems you're safe for now. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... And of course, with another successful trial comes a new addition to the building, another corridor opening up on the west side of the building. The doors leading to it branch off of the hallways leading to the second and fourth sections of the building; have those doors always been there? You can't remember... It's a new week. Of course, that means you've been here for over a month, and your stay doesn't seem to be coming to a close yet. PATIENTS REMAINING: 22

Actually, just the opposite. Centuries ago, he's the one who introduced magecraft to my ancestor on a whim, in exchange for picking up his lodging bill.

Ahh, really? Sounds like an interesting guy.

[He is. Rin's never met him personally, but he's quite revered in her family, for obvious reasons. Still, she smiles a bit sheepishly.]

Sorry. I ended up talking too much about myself.

Don't worry about it. I like hearing people talk about themselves.

Hrmm... The scales still feel lopsided. I feel like comparatively, I don't know much about you.

[Not that this was a big discussion. They've talked about each other's worlds before, and the condition of Greed's body, but yeah. This might be Rin's tsun way of saying "tell me about yourself".]

How about hobbies? That seems like a good place to start.

Hobbies, huh?

I like climbing trees.

[This is probably hilariously mundane coming from him.]

[IT KIND OF IS.]

Geez, no wonder you're shirtless so often. [He's the outdoors type! Rin laughs.] Have you ever tried rock climbing?

[ossifragant]

Ah, there's a reason for that-- it's kind of complicated, though.

I haven't done much rock climbing, no-- Amestris is mostly farmland.

[heritrix]

[Well now she's just more interested.]

If we get out of this, I'll have to take you. I bet you'd love it.

Probably. It sounds like a lot of fun.

[But no comment on the mysterious lack of shirt.]

It is. It's a great form of exercise.

[A grin, as she folds her hands behind her back.]
