Week 3.

WEEK 3

The end of the second week sees two more people dead, and two more rooms sitting empty in the dormitories. Nephenee and Rideaux Zek Rugievit are both gone, but with the start of the third week, it looks as though the game will continue on without them.

Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost...

Meanwhile, it looks like another set of doors have opened up at the end of that southern hallway, leading to another long corridor stretching out to the east. Go ahead and explore as much as you like; you've earned it, after all.

COMPETITORS REMAINING: 26

SUNDAY | MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY

[OOC: Welcome to week three of Trustfell! Don't forget to save your threads for coins and the activity check, and don't forget to submit this week's activity check and memory regains!

[ OH GREAT, IT'S THIS GUY ]

That means it's totally boring to read, doesn't it... [ But classics are great... is she going to brave this. Hmmm.

Probably. Eventually. ]
What're you gonna read, a book on winning friends and influence?

Ooh, so you've got a sensitive soul hidden under all that... everything of yours!

[ wow, aligula, you sure got him— ]

Is it any good?
bluemeanie: (048)

[personal profile] bluemeanie 2016-07-22 02:54 am (UTC)(link)
[oh. yeah. that's...totally it.]

I would consider Walt Whitman to be one of the greatest poets of all-time, yes.
innocentloveholic: (07. as we danced in the night)

[personal profile] innocentloveholic 2016-07-22 03:20 am (UTC)(link)
Do you think that because he's actually good, or because you share a lot of your name with him?

[ Walt... Walter... Whitman... White... ]
bluemeanie: (025)

[personal profile] bluemeanie 2016-07-22 03:24 am (UTC)(link)
[The comparison has his blood run cold for...just a second, and it's very noticeable.

"W.W., who do you suppose that is? Willy Wonka. Woodrow, Wilson. Walter White."]

...No, no. He's...legitimately considered to be one of the world's greatest humanists.

[ ...She unexpectedly touched on something, didn't see. Aligula tilts her head a little, then goes back to looking at her book. ]

What's that? [ oh so innocently asked, like she hadn't noticed a thing, really. ]
bluemeanie: (032)

[personal profile] bluemeanie 2016-07-22 03:35 am (UTC)(link)
[Good. Gives him a little bit of time to get back on track.]

...I suppose you could say that a humanist is a...sort of philosopher. One who argues for critical thinking and the good in people.

I totally do, I just like the titles more. I don't even call the Adjudicator by his real name. [ ...unless she really wants something.

And then there's—special people, who get a name. But she'll, uh. Hmmm. ]
...If it bothers you, I guess I can use your name, but like, Methodical's not even that bad of a title? Not like Inny... Inigo's. Which is why he totally told me to call him Inigo instead.
bluemeanie: (021)

[personal profile] bluemeanie 2016-07-22 06:33 am (UTC)(link)
I'd like to be referred to by more than a title, yes. Especially one that he's given me.
