Week 7.

WEEK 7

In a surprise twist, no one died this week. Well, unless you count Chitoge Kirisaki, who returned to the land of the living only to die the same day. Maybe you all are onto something.

Or maybe you were just lucky.

On Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, and while there are no bodies to find today, you might not have had a very good night's sleep anyway. It seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost again, even though no one was murdered this past week.

Surprisingly, a new set of doors hasn't opened up anywhere. You can search the entire facility if you'd like, but you won't find any new rooms or hallways. It looks as though you didn't earn anything new.

COMPETITORS REMAINING: 17

SUNDAY | MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY

[OOC: Welcome to week seven of Trustfell! Don't forget to save your threads for coins and the activity check, and don't forget to submit this week's activity check and memory regains!

If you'd like to get in contact with the Adjudicator, you can do so here!]

You have a point there.

[Naoto narrows her eyes. She's a tad displeased]

I question your choice in sparring partners, though. I heard one of your fights turned into more than a mere friendly match.

[Rumors fly in the lodge, you know]

[ There's an indiscernible emotion in his eyes at that, as he recounts the last match. ]

Yeah, it got pretty heated. But it really wasn't too bad. I wound up ha...

[ He pauses, thinking better of where he was going to go with that. ]

... Coming out of it alive. That's what matters, right?

It'd be better not to tempt fate in the first place. Terumi-san isn't the epitome of restraint and sportmanship.

[IN CASE YOU DIDN'T NOTICE YET]

...but I can't police what you do or what you don't do. I have grown to dislike reckless actions, that's all.

Don't worry, I can pretty much handle him.

[ WELL NO HE ISN'T, BUT -- ]

... And hey, if it got too out of control I'd at least stop him or give him a really hard time, you know? I'm definitely not gonna let it all end there by being on the wrong side of someone's blade.

[you got killed with your own weapon, mr. not-on-the-wrong-side-of-a-blade]

Can Terumi-san really be stopped? He's Tenacious for a reason.

Yeah he can. Luca stopped the guy once.

[ um. RUDE?????

Him being stabbed in the gut and killed with his own weapon is just a temporary set back!! ]

Plus, you gotta know the right thing to say or do -- which might help.

[Naoto raises her eyebrows]

That could be of use to me. What do you recommend me to say if I wish to keep Terumi-san at bay? He has been trying to push my buttons for a while already.

[And partly succeeded]

...Well, first of all, if the guy's trying to push your buttons, you're probably not gonna want to show a reaction. If you do, he'll just keep pushing.

[ ... ]

If you can't hold back a reaction, try changing the subject rapidly to stupid stuff. Like, 'what's your favorite color?' or something like that. It'll probably confuse him or make him disinterested if it winds up being ridiculous enough.
