WEEK 2 With the deaths of Sayaka Maizono and Mallick Scott the first week draws to a close. While you all have varying opinions on what happened and who was to blame, one thing's for sure: the Adjudicator isn't messing around. Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. It seems you're safe for now. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... However, those weird dreams aren't the only new thing around here; those massive double doors on the southern wall of the foyer have opened up, leading down another hallway and ending in what looks like another corridor to the west. Go ahead and explore as much as you like; consider it your reward for a job well done. Or perhaps for just playing the game. COMPETITORS REMAINING: 28

[ She rolls the die again--five. Katniss moves the little green piece five spaces. ]

Did you play any games like this with your son?

He's too young for a board game but he liked- likes building blocks.

[Roll 3. She has to pull a card and advances to the next green square.]

[flagitate]

[ Somehow, I forgot how to play Candyland, so Katniss will not be rolling the die and instead draws a yellow card. She moves her piece to the square. ]

So he likes building stuff.

Yeah. He has trouble holding the blocks these days bu- [Nope not going down that road.]

He's good at it.

[flagitate]

[ ... ooh. ]

Sorry.

What kind of stuff does he build?

[greenmamabear]

Big towers, mostly. He seems to like tall, thin stuff.

[flagitate]

I don't blame him. Maybe he'll be a climber.

[greenmamabear]

A climber huh?

[Purple square.] I could see that.

[flagitate]

Yeah.

[ Blue square. ]

And if you get high enough, you can see everything for miles.

[greenmamabear]

Miles, huh?

[Lands in a pit, loses a turn.]

You know, back home, we have this big tower called the "Space Needle". You can see the whole city from up there.

If I ever have enough spare money for the fee, maybe I could take him up there.

[flagitate]

[ Green. ]

You have to pay to go up there?

[greenmamabear]

[What about her- oh right.]

Yeah, its a whole. Tourist thing. Makes the city money and all that.

[flagitate]

[ Orange. Slow going, huh. ]

Don't they get money from stuff like food?

[greenmamabear]

A assume a portion of it is? But there's always more things they need money for.

Or they just want something to fill their pockets, I suppose.

[flagitate]

Looks like people are all the same, no matter what the world.
