WEEK 2 With the deaths of Sayaka Maizono and Mallick Scott the first week draws to a close. While you all have varying opinions on what happened and who was to blame, one thing's for sure: the Adjudicator isn't messing around. Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. It seems you're safe for now. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... However, those weird dreams aren't the only new thing around here; those massive double doors on the southern wall of the foyer have opened up, leading down another hallway and ending in what looks like another corridor to the west. Go ahead and explore as much as you like; consider it your reward for a job well done. Or perhaps for just playing the game. COMPETITORS REMAINING: 28

It couldn't hurt to look into it while we're here though, not that we have any samples to test potential cures against.

I have to admit, I'm also wondering if there's a way to test my green thing too. [Not that she thinks those topics are related or anything.]

We can look into it too, yes, but I doubt any simple medication is going to help. This seems like a more...specialized condition.

Which admittedly isn't much in terms of examining conditions like this...

I'm not sure what else you want me to say- it's a bit of of a tricky situation when we don't have proper examination machines and whatnot. The supplies here are mainly for general illnesses like the common cold, or various injuries.

[You know, now that he thinks about it...

He's pulled out a surgical kit at this point and is playing around with one of the scalpels. He's twirling it thoughtfully.]

Uh, no. Haven't talked to the guy personally at all, actually.

Might be worth a shot. He's not as tight-lipped as he seems.

[And he probably knows waaaay more about the green thing than either of them...as frustrating as it sounds.]
