Week 2.

WEEK 2 With the deaths of Sayaka Maizono and Mallick Scott the first week draws to a close. While you all have varying opinions on what happened and who was to blame, one thing's for sure: the Adjudicator isn't messing around. Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. It seems you're safe for now. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... However, those weird dreams aren't the only new thing around here; those massive double doors on the southern wall of the foyer have opened up, leading down another hallway and ending in what looks like another corridor to the west. Go ahead and explore as much as you like; consider it your reward for a job well done. Or perhaps for just playing the game. COMPETITORS REMAINING: 28

[The books don't seem to be anything out of the ordinary, and flipping through the pages won't reveal anything interesting, unfortunately. But with that said, the books themselves might not be too useful, but there are other things to check out in the room! What do you want to look at next?]

[Huh. Well these books aren't useful at all. That's actually very disappointing. Figures, things aren't getting any easier.

Since the simple solution lead nowhere, it's time to continue with the usual amount of work: time to check the cabinets. Anything that doesn't seem to belong to a board game is fair game. Sooner or later she's going to have to check each board game, but Naoto is fairly sure there's nothing to be found]

[I am so sorry, I didn't have this tracked!

The cabinets seem to be much of the same thing, nothing too interesting in here for the most part. A lot of games and cards and pieces for games like chess...

Except there is one strange, pink item mixed in with everything in the very back of one of the drawers.]

[Jackpot. There's something to see! What's this...

Naoto tries to take out the item to take a better look at it]

[You absolutely can take it out! It's a makeup compact in hot pink with a cute pink heart on the top. Definitely not the sort of thing that belongs in here!]

[Wow, evidence that looks absolutely out of place! This can be useful. Naoto looks around to make sure no one is staring, turns it in her hands while trying to find a name or anything - unlikely - then attempts to open the compact]

[No name or anything identifying about it at all, but when you open it up you'll find that a good amount of the makeup has been used. It's not completely empty, but someone was pretty fond of this.

Unfortunately, that's about all you'll be able to get from this item, but congrats on finding something!]
