Week 2.

WEEK 2

With the deaths of Sayaka Maizono and Mallick Scott the first week draws to a close. While you all have varying opinions on what happened and who was to blame, one thing's for sure: the Adjudicator isn't messing around.

Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. It seems you're safe for now. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost...

However, those weird dreams aren't the only new thing around here; those massive double doors on the southern wall of the foyer have opened up, leading down another hallway and ending in what looks like another corridor to the west. Go ahead and explore as much as you like; consider it your reward for a job well done.

Or perhaps for just playing the game.

...That's... really weird. I guess it makes sense that you couldn't just stick someone's blood in someone else without it getting complicated, but how do you know it's the right type?

Rideaux would probably know better than me, but they have some kind of test for that.

But you've got magic and stuff where you're from, right? That's gotta be, uh, more comfortable. Healing wise.
andneversaydie: (maybe... i could be queen...)

[personal profile] andneversaydie 2016-07-15 12:57 am (UTC)(link)
...do you know if someone other than Rideaux would know about it...?

[...Mozu has made it a point to try and get along with everyone, but fuck that guy in particular.]

And I mean... I guess? I haven't really dealt with either, honestly. I mostly just know about herbal remedies, which are good in a pinch but won't exactly save you if you get mauled by a bear or somethin'.
greenmamabear: (You don't want to deal with this)

[personal profile] greenmamabear 2016-07-15 01:14 am (UTC)(link)
[She can understand that.] Uhhh... Flemming's a scientist? He might know something.

Getting mauled by a bear does sound super inconvenient.
andneversaydie: it was a very nice dinner funeral (i took it out back and buried it.)

[personal profile] andneversaydie 2016-07-17 02:17 am (UTC)(link)
...Yeah, okay. I'll see if I can ask Flemming, then.

You don't know the half of it. There are a lot of things I'm not actually afraid of at this point, but boy, hunting bears can get a little tense.
greenmamabear: (You're getting some nice praise)

[personal profile] greenmamabear 2016-07-17 07:31 pm (UTC)(link)
I can, uh, imagine. The only wild animal I've seen was like. A deer.

[Not counting zoos.]
andneversaydie: (fondly regards agriculture)

[personal profile] andneversaydie 2016-07-18 02:37 am (UTC)(link)
Oh, yes, those are generally a lot less dangerous to hunt, but they can be pretty scarce sometimes. Also, you really don't want to mess with bucks in mating season. That's when they're scary.
greenmamabear: (Errrrgh)

[personal profile] greenmamabear 2016-07-22 06:36 am (UTC)(link)
I think I'll avoid messing with anything in its mating season, to be honest.
andneversaydie: (:unsmith:)

...that's probably a really good idea in general, honestly. But there are some you wanna take extra care to stay away from.
