Week 2.

WEEK 2 With the deaths of Sayaka Maizono and Mallick Scott the first week draws to a close. While you all have varying opinions on what happened and who was to blame, one thing's for sure: the Adjudicator isn't messing around. Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. It seems you're safe for now. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... However, those weird dreams aren't the only new thing around here; those massive double doors on the southern wall of the foyer have opened up, leading down another hallway and ending in what looks like another corridor to the west. Go ahead and explore as much as you like; consider it your reward for a job well done. Or perhaps for just playing the game. COMPETITORS REMAINING: 28

We've got plenty o'those in Hoenn, up around the volcano.

... Is the volcano active?

Yeah, but it hasn't actually erupted in ages. You can even go up and see the lava inside! [There are no restrictions on that. They built a lift to take people up there. SAFETY]

I don't know why anyone would do that.

Never been myself. I guess some people like that kinda thing.

Let me guess. You like water a lot more.

You'd like District Four. Their thing is fishing.

Sounds like a fun place! [he may be thinking of a less lethal form of fishing, but] I really oughta do some more travelin' when I get outta here. I haven't been outta Hoenn in a while!

What's Hoenn like, anyway?

[Well there's nothing like apocalypic flooding to upend a crap social-political system?]

It's a great place! Lotta water, half the big cities are on islands just off the coast. [At least the ones he cares about.] Except Pacifilog. That's a whole town just made outta floatin' platforms!

[flagitate]

I can swim-- [ pretty well, actually ] --but there's no way I could live on the water.

[I bet those fancy Capitol outfits are A REAL BITCH TO SWIM IN]

No? Well, I guess you gotta be used to it. I wouldn't wanna live in Pacifilog either, but that's just 'cause it's way too small. Not a lotta people flockin' to live the raft life, y'know?

It ain't for everyone. The islands are way better! Absolutely gorgeous beaches, clear water, a ton o' wild Pokemon schools around...if you go divin', you can check out the reefs. Ever seen a coral reef?

[flagitate]

No. Is it pretty?

[rainofterror]

Gorgeous. The Corsola livin' down there make it all pink-and-white, and when the water's clear you can see the schools of wild Pokemon swimmin' in and out. During the right season, the Chinchou and Lanturn glow at night. Lights up the ocean as far as you can see.

[flagitate]

[ She's trying to imagine it... but it's probably nowhere near as pretty as it really is.

You have Pokemon that are lanterns?

[rainofterror]

Nah, that's just what they're called. They're fish with lights on their heads. The actual lantern Pokemon live out Cilan's way.

[flagitate]

That's weird.

They're ghosts. On fire.

That doesn't make sense.

[ Ghosts don't exist?? Okay maybe they do in Archie's world, but on fire, that's.
