Week 4.
Three more Competitors died this past week. Chitoge Kirisaki tried to take matters into her own hands only to be punished as a result while William Flemming and Archie both tried to take the Adjudicator up on his word and escape. Three more of you are gone, but there's no going back now. Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Once again, another set of doors has opened up - this time at the end of the western corridor, leading up and toward the north. Go ahead and explore as much as you like; consider it a reward for surviving another week. |
SUNDAY | MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY
[OOC: Welcome to week four of Trustfell! Don't forget to save your threads for coins and the activity check, and don't forget to submit this week's activity check and memory regains!
If you'd like to get in contact with the Adjudicator, you can do so here!]

...but okay a bunch of pirates playing court does sound fun, um.]
We don't really know why we're here. Maybe Juri's not looking for things to go quickly. Maybe he's looking at our reactions or maybe he just wants to see what'll happen when he picks us for individual reasons. Who knows? I don't know if anyone's asked him.
no subject
[ otherwise personal stuff can be kept out of it. ...even though she's a nosy person who'd def be down with gossip. ]
I've asked him about past games, but he wouldn't really tell me much, except that some of them were boring and he didn't like those.
no subject
[Definitely something to consider, at least!]
no subject
[ ...FOR THE RECORD HE DID NOT CALL THEM DUMB-DUMBS, HE CALLED THEM STUPID PEOPLE, ALIGULA CALLS THEM DUMB-DUMBS. ]
no subject
What, so we're the one interesting game he's had? What's so interesting about us—
[we are absolutely insane during trials]
...Never mind.
no subject
[ BECAUSE...... LOOK AT THEM..... are they even calm during the week. let's be real. ]
I thiiiink a lot of the interesting games are probably also ones that've managed to accomplish the seemingly impossible task of winning without anyone dying. [ That's—something she'll share with the class, actually. There's probably people who'd be happy to hear it.
Even if it's a little null and void now, considering all the deaths they've had. ...Considering this group would probably not have been able to manage it anyway, jesus christ we're a bunch of disasters. ]
no subject
[maybe it's just us??? nah it's probably everyone, who wouldn't resort to murder when locked in a pretty nice facility with no way out????]
no subject
More than one! It's apparently more common than you'd think. [ ...but all those people are still totally the odd ones out, we're perfectly normal here ] I don't think we could've ever have pulled it off though.
no subject
[...........probably shouldn't have said that]
Uh, I mean... Easily agitated people?
[did you even try, isaac]
no subject
[ .........apparently she's not counting herself under that so you're not in any danger, isaac. ]
I'm really surprised none of them have snapped and totally gone on a spree or something... Like Walty! [ although he seemed to have gone off the deep end of something at that trial, like wow. ]
no subject
Honestly, I'm surprised he hasn't snapped too. He seems like the sort, you know? Apparently he's a chemist, so I wouldn't be surprised if he knew a lot of ways to fuck someone up.
[aligula you totally get him through right]
no subject
I think his pride's keeping him from doing anything right now. Something-something-"I don't want to play by the Adjudicator's rules"-something. [ ... ] Not doing anything at all is teeechnically doing that though, right? Rule One.
But I guess he means like, winning by the Adjudicator's rules. [ ... ] But I totally want to see him kill someone! It'd probably be in some like, really cool way! Like blowing them to chunks!
no subject
[PLEASE DON'T TALK ABOUT THAT IT'S GROSS]
But yeah, I can kinda get that. Who would want to play the Adjudicator's game? Walter just seems like the guy who's going to snap and try to kill us all or something.
no subject
There's a ton of reasons why someone'd want to play, Glacial, but I guess the risk outweighs the reward for most people!
[ ...i hate that my gagtag could probably be a legit tag i'm sorry redd ]
no subject
...As they should? Who the hell would want to risk death so they can kill someone? I get that we're in a shitty situation and he keeps offering us rewards for killing but... it's taking someone's life, that's...
[Fucked Up and fucking him up from the sound of it!!]
no subject
People do it all the time, Glacial. [ very nonchalantly; her city is fucked up and it's a wonderful place to live, thanks for asking. ] And if they think they can get away with it, well, even more of a reason for them to go for it, right?
no subject
They don't do it all the time where I'm from.
[Aligula's weird, but it seems to be because she was from such a different place. As much as he hates the idea of people killing for very little reason, apparently that's just how things are where she's from.]
It's something I find disgusting.
no subject
It's life! [ ... ] Do people just die of old age and sickness and stuff where you're from then?
no subject
no subject
How... peaceful? [ wait, let's use alignments— ] Lawful. Orderly! My home's more on the chaos side of things, thooough there's totally people who try and keep the peace too.
[ they're great haha ]
Even in the Beyond, I mean! Not just Hellsalem's Lot. [ granted i imagine the peace-keeping there might be more violent than normal still, given how HLC is anyway, but not the... point?? i guess??? ]
no subject
[Something about that strikes him as strange, but Isaac can't place it immediately and ignores it.]
You know, I don't think I ever asked what the place you're from is actually like.
no subject
[ heeheehee. ]
Ooh, Beyondians—which is what I am!—are from the Beyond, obviously~! There's tons of different types, from cyclops [ her, probably ] to ones that look like skeletons, mushrooms, things that are totally out of those science fiction movies humas like to watch... Three years ago, a hole totally opened up and we all paraded into the huma city known as New York City!
[ ........... ]
Or something like that~! I mean, it totally wrecked some of our stuff too, I'm pretty sure? But the humas definitely got the brunt of it. They're such fragile little creatures... [ ...right. ] Humas are what you are! A lot of people here are humas, actually, with a few exceptions. Like Idealistic!
[ and. others. she's not gonna talk about. ]
Anyway, it got a name change to Hellsalem's Lot City, for whatever reason, and it's total chaos, like I said! There's explosions and crime—it totally happens so fast, the news can't stay on one chase scene for longer than a couple of minutes before it has to get a move on! OF course, we kings don't really have that problem... Femt has a bunch of televisions in his place, and we watch the city from there most of the time!
Most of the time. [ Important. ] Some of us like to go out and do stuff, and that's sometimes sorta entertaining to watch... I remembered taking one of my monster trucks out for a spin recently—it's like, super handy! Because it's a hand! It can totally punch too, it's super awesome—to grab my man back, but he totally pushed harder than me and my truck got destroyed... Me and that All Seeing Eyes boy I was keeping for company went flying, too.
[ :T ]
no subject
why did he ask]
That sounds uh... um.
[g-give him a moment...]
Interesting. Yeah. Interesting.
[o h m y g o d]
no subject
There's always something happening, that's for sure! [ i am pretty sure black said something to this effect last round too but aligula is about 200% more enthusiastic about it. ] I hear humas call it a bunch of other names too, like "The Magic Sealed City" and "The City of Miracles"...
no subject
[THAT SOUNDS LIKE A NIGHTMARE??? BUT OKAY GUYS, SURE.]
Well, uh... you sound very fond of it.
