Week 4.

WEEK 4

Three more Competitors died this past week. Chitoge Kirisaki tried to take matters into her own hands only to be punished as a result while William Flemming and Archie both tried to take the Adjudicator up on his word and escape. Three more of you are gone, but there's no going back now.

Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost...

Once again, another set of doors has opened up - this time at the end of the western corridor, leading up and toward the north. Go ahead and explore as much as you like; consider it a reward for surviving another week.

COMPETITORS REMAINING: 23

SUNDAY | MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY

[OOC: Welcome to week four of Trustfell! Don't forget to save your threads for coins and the activity check, and don't forget to submit this week's activity check and memory regains!

If you'd like to get in contact with the Adjudicator, you can do so here!]

Testing...through battling, I presume.

[Hmmmmm...]

If Pokemon like to fight as much as I have been told they do, maybe a battle with Archie-san's Pokemon could help get them used to this place and to us.

[And cheer them up a little, she guesses. Hearing Archie is dead...will be quite a bummer for his Pokemon]

Hm... that's up for his Pokemon to decide if that's something they want to do, but my Pokemon and I would love the opportunity to taste their battling skills sometime. Right, Pansage?

[The Pokemon nods in agreement from where it's clinging to Cilan here. Pokemon battles are fun, we miss those.]

I also heard those battles can be rather savage too, from what AZ-san had told me. Are you knowledgeable about healing Pokemon?

[Will you be the general doctor, Cilan? Naoto doesn't want to hear Sharpedo got struck by a Solar Beam or anything and got a concussion. Yeah, she's thinking of bad scenarios already. Blame her lack of knowledge about Pokemon]
cilantro: (aww but I wanted a pony...)

[Cilan freezes slightly at the mention of AZ, but then once he registers what exactly it was Naoto just said--]

Yes, I know enough first aid to treat most wounds, as well as some home remedies that can help speed along one's recovery, but... normally, Pokemon battles are supposed to be for fun, not with the intent to actually cause harm. That would just be cruel otherwise if a trainer behaved that way...

[Naoto actually does look very relieved to hear it's meant to be fun]

Good. I was rather concerned about it.

I can assure you, if there are any Pokemon battles to be conducted here under my watch, they will have an enjoyable taste for both the Pokemon and for the people watching!

[... But, then he frowns.]

I wonder why AZ described it the way he did, though... [Then again, the guy was apparently alive for centuries, so maybe he was thinking of the wars of the past? Either way...] I hope he hasn't been involved in any unsavory battles of that nature before.

A lot can happen in three thousand years.

[A single mention about AZ was okay, but the more she and Cilan talked about him, Naoto felt more and more saddened. It was hard to believe he had died because he wanted]

What happened this morning...I don't know what could have led him to ask Juri-san to help with his death. He seemed to be rather stoic.
cilantro: (why did I leave home for this again)

I wouldn't know either. He probably has his reasons, but... this taste is still rather depressing to think about.

[Which is putting it lightly in all honesty, considering what Cilan's initial reaction to the whole thing was earlier.]
