Week 4.

WEEK 4 Three more Competitors died this past week. Chitoge Kirisaki tried to take matters into her own hands only to be punished as a result while William Flemming and Archie both tried to take the Adjudicator up on his word and escape. Three more of you are gone, but there's no going back now. Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Once again, another set of doors has opened up - this time at the end of the western corridor, leading up and toward the north. Go ahead and explore as much as you like; consider it a reward for surviving another week. COMPETITORS REMAINING: 23

Yang-san. [She'll begrudginly accept calling you by your first name, but she isn't comfortable about doing it without honorifics]

Then...supposing we came voluntarily we may have been contacted before being brought here. There must be something special about you, if of all people in your world you're the one to be here.

[Maybe it's because Naoto isn't really very familiar with Yang yet, but her questions seem to be getting a bit too prodding]

...I don't know. There are plenty of people way more special than me.

[It's not said in any self-deprecating way. It's just the truth. She's confident in who she is, but there are objectively more special people than her.]

And are... I mean, there were a bunch of people from that Pokémon place, right? What's so special about that place?

The Pokemon themselves. The people seem to be rather normal, unless they had special powers or abilities before arriving here.

[Naoto doesn't mind Cilan, and got along well enough with Archie and AZ, but she thinks if it weren't for the Pokemon those three wouldn't be as remarkable...well, AZ is the exception there]

In the case of AZ-san it's likely. Not anyone lives for three thousand years without some sort of power.
