Week 4.

WEEK 4 Three more Competitors died this past week. Chitoge Kirisaki tried to take matters into her own hands only to be punished as a result while William Flemming and Archie both tried to take the Adjudicator up on his word and escape. Three more of you are gone, but there's no going back now. Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Once again, another set of doors has opened up - this time at the end of the western corridor, leading up and toward the north. Go ahead and explore as much as you like; consider it a reward for surviving another week. COMPETITORS REMAINING: 23

[Honestly, Fern's pretty close to the same level of understanding as him. She tosses some papers away in irritation.] Maggie and Staph say people like us don't... get to understand this stuff. But it still makes me feel dumb.

That's kind of mean of them. [Grumble.] Who are they, people from your home?

Maggie and Staph? I, uh, don't know them from home, but I met them in the Hospital. They're nice enough.

The place you were before all of this? [He asks, judging from the hospital gown.]

That's the one. Explains why my occupation is "patient" huh?

[She tries to sound more blase about it than she is.]

More than a little. If these people were talking about stuff like thinking paper, though, it doesn't sound like this was a normal hospital.

[greenmamabear]

It was...

[Awful, terrible, incompetent, horrifying, opening up moral questions about humanity, smelly.]

Eegh. Say no more, sounds like an experience.

Yeah. It was that. Some of the patients were nice though. Staph, Maggie, and Celia too.

...Still not sure why I was there, but maybe they were trying to figure out the green thing.

You mean your whole- [Bites tongue.] The whole... You know about that?

[greenmamabear]

Yeah. I still don't see it but. I know.

You just see yourself as normal colors?

[greenmamabear]

I mean. I feel weird sometimes. Like its not real. But otherwise, yeah, looks normal.

And you have no idea why?

[greenmamabear]

[She looks away nervously.

...We don't have to talk about this if it's really uncomfortable for you. I won't pry, really.

No, it's not that.

I just... don't want to worry you, is all.

That's the kind of thinking that's good to have in this place.

I just- [Kyouko told him a few days ago he does contribute, didn't she?] ...yeah, I guess we do.

[She smiles before sighing a little.]

I've mentioned it, but before I got here, my son was... sick.

[Ah- full undivided attention, here we are.]

Oh... Yeah, uh. I heard you saying something like that awhile ago... Like...real bad kinda sick?

[greenmamabear]

Really bad sick. Like... nothing I've ever seen or heard about sick.
