Week 4.

WEEK 4 Three more Competitors died this past week. Chitoge Kirisaki tried to take matters into her own hands only to be punished as a result while William Flemming and Archie both tried to take the Adjudicator up on his word and escape. Three more of you are gone, but there's no going back now. Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Once again, another set of doors has opened up - this time at the end of the western corridor, leading up and toward the north. Go ahead and explore as much as you like; consider it a reward for surviving another week. COMPETITORS REMAINING: 23

[Oh man, that does look... hefty.]

I definitely don't see us getting out of here in the next week at the rate we're going. But I mean... you could probably take them out, too, if you want?

A week? I'm not sure if I could finish this in a year...

[She hums, thoughtfully.] Like, out of this place entirely?

I mean... I don't see why not? But... I sure hope we're not in here for a year, at least.

On one hand, it's stealing, right? But on the other, I doubt it would be in here if anyone was concerned about losing it. [All property exists to be damaged.]

I didn't realize it until yesterday, but... this place seems set up to hold people for quite a long time.

"Communal lifestyle," right? I guess they have to be ready for the possibility that no one wants the game to end. Or at least not enough to kill someone.

[Hell, maybe someday if they all settle in together the Baby Hallway will open up. Juri probably has a Baby Hallway prepared just in case somewhere! What the fuck, Juri? This is no place to raise a child.]

[Jean's willing to ask Juri a lot of questions. But she is not about to ask him about childcare options in this place.]

I've actually been wondering. What are they expecting us to do? That we all turn on each other, or we all make peace?

It seemed like the first one, but... I'm getting less sure about that.

I don't know. The rules say to live together, but also how to stop, and Juri keeps offering motives and weapons but doesn't seem to mind either way... it's confusing, to say the least.

Right, but if you think about it from another angle, he's making that easier and easier, and making sticking with peace harder and harder...

And, well... can you name a game where you were expected to do the easy thing?

That's true... if only we had a more reliable way to keep tabs on everyone. Working together isn't exactly our strong suit so far.

At least we can all agree on that. I mean, the trials are like herding cats.

And with Juri dropping those incentives for us, we keep getting more reason to turn on each other than unite...

We need a common goal. Something to rally us.

And just getting out of here doesn't seem like enough, since we don't have much in the way of leads...
