Week 4.

WEEK 4 Three more Competitors died this past week. Chitoge Kirisaki tried to take matters into her own hands only to be punished as a result while William Flemming and Archie both tried to take the Adjudicator up on his word and escape. Three more of you are gone, but there's no going back now. Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Once again, another set of doors has opened up - this time at the end of the western corridor, leading up and toward the north. Go ahead and explore as much as you like; consider it a reward for surviving another week. COMPETITORS REMAINING: 23

Yeah. Even if you could theoretically create a body with alchemy, how do you put a price on a soul?

[Isaac shakes his head. He's looked into human transmutation, sure. What alchemist hasn't considered all the illegal things?? It comes with the territory of being a battlenerd.]

I should probably feel bad for those kids, but I was just really pissed off at them instead? I don't know.

[And that's not entirely true, because he's got a pretty good idea of why he was pissed at them. It's something he's still not ready to accept though.]

Do you remember why you were angry at them?

[ Probably the one question he doesn't want her to ask, but she's curious. ]

...I think they were...

[He falls silent after a moment and shakes his head. He can't look at Kyouko.]

I don't know. I'm not really sure what was going on.

[fittedgloves]

[ She gives him a curious look. ]

Maybe you'll find out in another dream.

[glaciates]

Yeah. It's possible. I probably will.

[And that's going to suck. He would have preferred never having this dream, thanks!!]

Everything might turn out fine in the end, don't forget that.

[ That is what's keeping her going. ]

[glaciates]

[HAHAHAHAHAHA......]

Yeah. Yeah, it might.

[But if anything, that seems to have unsettled him even more.]

[ She definitely notices that. ]

What's wrong?

[glaciates]

...It's nothing. I've still got some stuff to sort out, that's all.

[He recovers as best he can and while he still looks sort of unsure, that seems to be it for the time being.]

Alright. I won't push you on it.

[ But she notices how he still looks a little unsure. ]

Are you headed anywhere in particular?

[glaciates]

Oh uh, no. I was just wandering around. Hopefully I'll wear myself out or... something.

[He shrugs half-heartedly.]

I'm headed to the library myself. You can join me, if you'd like. Reading may help you take your mind off of things.

[glaciates]

We do, yeah.

[And he sort of smiles at that, though the expression is awkward.]

And even if I don't have to thank you, it's nice to hear that.

[ She gives him a small smile in return. ]

I agree. It's nice to look out for one another. [ Because even if she acts distant, she does worry about everyone... ]
