Week 5.
With the deaths of AZ, Brady Russell, McKenzie Mitchell, and Walter White, it's probably starting to feel less crowded around here, isn't it? But there isn't going to be a break from your situation - a new day in here should remind you of that. Two people were murdered in an attempt to escape and one had Juri's help to take his own life. How many more will die this week? Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Checking the rules when you wake up will reveal that there's been a rule change; another reminder of things you've lost, and things you may have yet to lose. Of course, with the start of a new week, another set of doors has opened up - once again, they can be found in the western corridor, jutting downwards toward the south. Go ahead and explore as much as you like; after the weekend's trial, you probably deserve it. |

Not long after she's got everything back in her room, Kyouko will be in the kitchen, using up that cinnamon tea. If anyone comes in, she'll turn to them. ]
Would you like any tea?
[ Then, in the late afternoon, she'll be in the billiards hall. Kyouko hasn't ever actually played a game of pool, but she knows the rules well enough. Right now, she's just working on her aim, seeing how many she can knock out in one hit.
And finally in the evening, Kyouko takes up residence in the library, sitting and looking through what seems to be a notebook. Whatever's in that notebook doesn't seem to be too pleasant, according to Kyouko's expression. ]
kitchen!
[ He doesn't really mind having tea from Kyouko, because why not?
He probably came on by to make himself a sandwich. ]
So...been a bit quiet this week, huh?
no subject
It has. Although, I'm glad for it.
no subject
You can say that again. Especially after last week...
It's kinda nice to get in some rest and relaxation.

[ And she'll hand him a cup. ] Here you go.

Anyway, it seems like Jean's coming from one of the other rooms in the 2nd Corridor East. However, as she's walking away, she sees the girl in the library, and notices the expression on her face. They haven't spoken much outside of the trials, but...]
... is everything all right, Kyouko?
no subject
I am. I'm just... trying to make sense of this notebook.
no subject
[Because she hadn't seen any bound books like that in the supplies. Only loose paper.]
no subject
It has my handwriting in it... I don't remember writing any of this down, however.

After that she spends a while looking for Jean, with an awkward paper-wrapped thing held tightly but not too tightly in her hands. If you are not Jean, she may be all:]
Have you seen Jean? It's, uh, important.
[Or if you do happen to be Jean...]
Hey, uh... Jean?
[And after that business, she spends the rest of the day in the arcade playing Many Games or in the library looking through the books. She eventually grabs a copy of Romeo and Juliet and settles down with it because like. Sure, why not get messed up today?]
no subject
You know, in case this wasn't awkward enough. She smiles calmly and unsuspectingly.]
Hm? Oh, good morning Angel! Did you need something?
no subject
She makes a nervous approach, trying very hard not to blush.]
Um... I got something that I think belongs to you from the vending machine? Or at least something that uh. You should have. Instead of anyone else.

[She's more than a little puzzled by that. After all, she doesn't have many important belongings. It's only been the past few years that she's owned anything she considered important, and even then, most of her belongings were crafted by hand. The only thing that she actually missed were her fans, which had been returned to her just the previous day.]
Well, now I'm curious. What is it?

Got a party idea? Want to host it? Write it here and your name! If you don't want to host it, find someone who does, or just volunteer them! Don't write me or Ferid's name though, okay? We've been pulling everyone's weight here, it's about time the rest of you stepped up!!!

[ There's plenty of room for people to write their names and their ideas and things like that too! ]

...I really wish I'd taken ol' Akira up on those carpentry lessons when I had the chance.
[Regardless, she still sets up the shrine in the greenhouse, complete with the treasure in it. ...she... doesn't really know if she should do some sort of ceremony to dedicate it, though. It was always just there? She goes about gardening normally, but she... does keep looking over at the shrine with concern.
She does manage to pull herself away and head to the library with the Pokemon, where she's... not really reading, but just looking over books. She seems to be looking over big, heavy tomes in particular, though she does look at the occasional romance novel.
Finally, later on in the evening, Mozu is in the kitchen washing off a radish and getting ready to start cooking. It's kind of getting late, though, so if anyone walks in, she'll approach them a bit nervously.]
Hey... is it almost time for the kitchen to close, or do you think I have time to steam some vegetables?

[ He gestures to the shrine. ]

[she's kind of embarrassed...]
I figured if I made a shrine for my village's treasure and put it in here, it might make things grow a little better.
no subject
I wonder how things grow in here when there's no sunlight.
no subject
...and yeah, I don't know. There's something weird about the trees, though... I know that much.

It depends on the vegetable and how big it is. What were you going to steam?
