WEEK 5 With the deaths of AZ, Brady Russell, McKenzie Mitchell, and Walter White, it's probably starting to feel less crowded around here, isn't it? But there isn't going to be a break from your situation - a new day in here should remind you of that. Two people were murdered in an attempt to escape and one had Juri's help to take his own life. How many more will die this week? Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Checking the rules when you wake up will reveal that there's been a rule change; another reminder of things you've lost, and things you may have yet to lose. Of course, with the start of a new week, another set of doors has opened up - once again, they can be found in the western corridor, jutting downwards toward the south. Go ahead and explore as much as you like; after the weekend's trial, you probably deserve it. COMPETITORS REMAINING: 19

[ After last week, things had changed even though there would always be people lost to the machinations of the game. Yuri's had his time to spend dreaming and whatnot, but despite his laid-back, calm nature he liked to alter his routine. He'll just decide to swing by the Ajudicator's office on Monday, probably whenever he felt like it. Maybe when there'd be less people around.

He'll just knock on the door himself with an easy smile. ]

Hey buddy, you in?

[...You know what, "buddy" is new, but that's not going to stop him from answering; there's a bit of a pause, yeah, but that doesn't mean he's not in. He'll come to the door eventually, though; he's looking more curious than bothered.]

Hey. Something on your mind?

Yeah, something is.

[ He'll look Juri dead in the eyes. ]

So I heard you were a weenie and suck at beating people in games. Wanna try to prove me wrong and meet me at the arcade?

[But first, Ferid has a job to do!

And that job is staying in the sewing room most of the day, dedicated in his work as a fashion-conscious nobleman who likes the idea of a catsquerade. That is, a masquerade where they're cats. It needs a little work, title-wise, but this is Fine.

He's also got a sheet of paper nearby with everyone's names on it (the living people, anyway), though there's only a few people filled out. If you're not Mozu and Aligula, both of whom he has ideas for, chances are if he sees you from his spot he'll wave you down to chat.

In the evening, and very much into the night because the fuck is a sleep, Ferid decides that the arcade is satisfactory to distract the hours away. Let's see what the prizes are~.]

[ Having Ferid call her over is really not that unusual, so she approaches without fuss. When she sees his list, however... ]

Preparing for you and Aligula's fashion show?

[You and some of the others are the ones he's most excited about dressing up in catwear.]

Mmhmm~. I'm crunched for time. Now, Mahiru, what sort of cat do you like best?

They're universally adored. Besides, our host may join us for once if I lure him out just right~.

Are the cats because you like them, or because Juri does?

You've found me out, Jean, it's because our host does. They're one of my preferred animals as far as that goes... but this is certainly due to his like of them. Mozu and I discussed having a cat party some time ago, when I was making a toy for the Adjudicutie, and it seems natural to include it in a fashion show.

[... But yes, it's because Juri likes them.]

[The prizes are your typical fare, honestly. They don't look too cheap, but they're probably not worth the time and effort of getting all the tickets required for them.

Of special note are the adorable Hello Kitty plushies though! They're actually pretty good looking, even if they are obviously not official merchandise. Just look at all those cute little dresses and bows! Collect them all (for about 5,000 tickets apiece)!

...Okay, so there's not really anything too interesting to check out in the prizes. What do you want to look at next?]

[... That is so many tickets, but damn if he isn't going to collect all he can during his restless nights here. Do you think he won't? He spent hours perfecting a map for a single day's use. He absolutely will.

Anyway, the unnecessary dedication of Ferid Bathory aside... let's see. Where else to look. Maybe there's something hidden in one of the games, like jammed into a hole of one of the skeeball things.]

[Isaac honestly wasn't intending to stop in here, but. Well. There's Ferid and he's working on Something, so clearly Isaac has to stop by to check it out. He's still got his hair down today, but the stray strand of hair is back in his face because it feels weird not having it there.

He takes a seat nearby, watching Ferid work for a moment before speaking up.]

...I'm not getting involved in any of this fashion show stuff.

[...Aligula tried really hard to get him involved okay.]

[ He doesn't mind being up for a chat. ]

Walhart's retreated to the capital. The war is going well, and victory is almost in their hands. Still... it didn't come without losses. News of Khan Basilio's death had reached them, and Inigo had to comfort his grieving mother. What will happen after this war? Their true enemy is that Plegian cult and their god, history has yet to be rewritten...

Inigo eats breakfast like usual before going to the memorial to make sure everything looks nice. Brady and Mack's pictures have been added, but Walter's is absent. Seems like Inigo's anger still hasn't left him entirely.

He then heads to the library. He's poking through a stack of books that all seem to feature time travel as part of the plot, and he's writing something in a sketchpad. The use of the runic script is intentional, just in case somebody tries to take a peek.

In the evening, shortly after night time begins, he's in the dojo where he's working on a dance routine. He's pretty good and his movements are very graceful and fluid! Normally he wouldn't be out practising this early, but he's actually hoping that people will walk in on him tonight. Having a big audience is terrifying, but if he can manage having just a few people watch him then that would be great start. ]

[Is it really surprising that Isaac's out late at night?? Probably not. Anyway, he'll once again be hanging out near the door, just watching quietly without interrupting. Hi, Inigo. Having fun?]

What language is that? I don't think I have ever seen it before.

[ She'd come in here to maybe punch a ton of stuff, but she stops when she sees Inigo dance. Huh. No wonder he's so into dancing. He's good.

Don't mind her. She's just never seen anyone dance like this. ]

Memorial

[...Mozu... had been trying to figure out who this one picture was supposed to relate to, because she figured it had to be someone and the person looked familiar in some weird way. Then, when she gave it another look that morning, it suddenly clicked... so she figured she'd take it over to Flemming's picture on the memorial.]

Oh, hey, Inigo. You're the one who's been putting up the pictures?

[ Kyouko is making her almost nightly rounds through the building when she notices movement coming from the dojo. She stops when she realizes it's Inigo. Don't mind her, she's just watching! ]
