Week 5.
With the deaths of AZ, Brady Russell, McKenzie Mitchell, and Walter White, it's probably starting to feel less crowded around here, isn't it? But there isn't going to be a break from your situation - a new day in here should remind you of that. Two people were murdered in an attempt to escape and one had Juri's help to take his own life. How many more will die this week? Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Checking the rules when you wake up will reveal that there's been a rule change; another reminder of things you've lost, and things you may have yet to lose. Of course, with the start of a new week, another set of doors has opened up - once again, they can be found in the western corridor, jutting downwards toward the south. Go ahead and explore as much as you like; after the weekend's trial, you probably deserve it. |
SUNDAY | MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY
[OOC: Welcome to week five of Trustfell! Don't forget to save your threads for coins and the activity check, and don't forget to submit this week's activity check and memory regains!
If you'd like to get in contact with the Adjudicator, you can do so here!]

He's nearby the machine (the DDR one), and he even decides to give the guy a short wave. ]
Oh hey, there you are. I was thinking you were going to stand me up for a moment.
no subject
You at all decent at this?
no subject
[ He'll step onto a dance pad... thing. ]
I'm a quick learner and I had a chance to practice a little. So, decent enough.
What about you? Got any awards from breaking out moves I should know about?
[ Probably gonna get his ass-kicked at this. ]

[...Also, like, ungodly reflexes, but that probably goes without saying by now.
He'll reach out and start playing with the difficulty levels, finding something he likes that he probably won't be bored to tears with personally, before kind of glancing over at Yuri.]
If you've got a preference for song choice, go ahead; I don't really have any. I'm easy like that.
no subject
[ He's tempted to suggest "What was he thinking? feat. Why?" but no, that's not an actual song.
He hovers over one that has a "sick", fast, cool beat. It's probably Sakura. RIP Yuri Lowell. ]
I'm gonna say this one. Anyway, I get the feeling if you were always this easy to settle stuff with we might actually be able to become best buds.
[ He's not serious. Really. There's still 99 things about Juri that make him want to inwardly flip tables. ]
no subject
That said, though, he just sort of shrugs at that; let's do this shit, Yuri.
He's going to actually successfully not die or anything while doing this, though it does seem that either it's been a while since he's done it or he was being entirely legit in saying that he's coming in with an idea of how to play and little else; he's far from perfect at it, though he does seem to pick up quickly.
...Here's hoping you don't die, at least it's not Pluto Relinqush.]

Adjusting to the speed and coordination was something he didn't account for. He should've picked a better song for the difficulty setting (which was probably higher than medium lbr if Juri selected it). He's somehow not dead yet! But he needs to catch up to Juri. ]
Damn... what the hell. You better be breaking into a sweat over there too.
no subject
[And that's. Blunt, but at least he sounds amused and at least vaguely self-aware about it.]
Harder than I thought it was for sure, though; I don't usually play this one, it's more someone else's thing.
no subject
[ And who is this someone else, Juri-- your secret lover? Bow chicka wow wow. ]
Anyway...someone else? A friend?
no subject
[He's not really too big on the whole friendship thing, for what are probably obvious reasons.]
no subject
[ Yeah. He can see why Juri's never really had many friends. ]
no subject
[Clearly, it can't possibly be his winning personality.]
no subject
[ Yuri's kinda starting to wonder about the Adjudicator a little. Did he kill someone when he was a lad and decided he liked the idea of taking on jobs that involved him in murdergames? Or was he just born cruel? ]
Like you, but friendlier?
no subject
Please. I'm a walk in the park compared to them.
Some of the people I know are more lenient than me about stuff. They like people like you guys. But the person I'm thinking about...they're stricter than I am by a long shot. I don't really care what you guys do as long as you do something, you know?
no subject
Stricter than you are? Just curious, what would they have done in your place, then if everything still all happened the same? Chase us around everyday yelling that we have to kill someone?
[ Those rules seem strict enough to Yuri. He couldn't imagine anything stricter. ]
no subject
[And one he doesn't really seem to know the answer to immediately; he has to think about it for a moment.]
They'd probably start picking off people themselves, if you weren't moving fast enough.
no subject
...Oh, great.
[ ... ]
Guess we're lucky to have you instead. Maybe if you stick around us long enough you'll decide it's worth breaking us all out with the power of friendship.
[ Yuri tries to make it look like he's serious, but the fact that he nearly fell over during part of the dance routine and his usual personality makes his joking more obvious. ]
