Week 6.

WEEK 6

Only two died this week; it still feels strange, maybe, but with the deaths of Mozu and Yang Xiao Long, it's difficult to ignore that your numbers are lower. You're almost down to half of the group you started with.

Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost...

As before, another set of doors has opened up, this time branching off of the eastern corridor toward the north. Feel free to explore as much as you like; perhaps you've earned it.

COMPETITORS REMAINING: 17

SUNDAY | MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY | FRIDAY | SATURDAY

[OOC: Welcome to week six of Trustfell! Don't forget to save your threads for coins and the activity check, and don't forget to submit this week's activity check and memory regains!

If you'd like to get in contact with the Adjudicator, you can do so here!]

[Hnrg, you do look guilty, Fern...Naoto tries to think of a way to make it look less important than it may be]

It may not be your fault as much as you think it is.

[Such things are easy to say when one doesn't know the details, of course, but this is Fern. How bad can it be?]
greenmamabear: (What have you done)

[She runs a finger through her hair, trying to figure out the best way to phrase this. Its so hard to find the words.]

...It started with trying to help people. Well, no, that's not true. I just wanted clues to find my son and I thought helping the other patients might do it. So this nose had a bad case of kidney stones and I thought "weird, but I'll give him the right medicine."

But I-I didn't know... I mean, maybe I should've, everything else was alive and talking....

[What was it she said to Juri again? About killing a giant kidney stone and her children?]

[The first thought of 'how does a nose gets a case of kidney stones' quickly goes away when Naoto realizes the implications fits something Fern had said before.

Oh goodness]

...I don't think you should blame yourself. You had the best intentions, there was no way you could have known...

[That it was all alive and what not]

Besides you helped someone, and that's good. That's what I think.

Didn't end up mattering much. The mom was... upset and tried to kill me and the nose.

Succeeded with him.

[Naoto stares at Fern for a moment. This conversation was bound to be unpleasant, what with what Fern had told Juri, but it's turning out to be more unpleasant than expected]

We don't need to continue talking about this if it's making you uncomfortable, Fern-san. I didn't mean to drag bad memories into the light.
greenmamabear: (Fern no)

N-no, its alright. Its just... hard.

One of the little guys started following me too. Helping me. I thought he was just a weird monster but. He's just a kid who needs someone. Isn't he?

[It does sound like a kid] Kids need guidance, and you have a motherly aura. It's one of the reasons why people trust you. [And why you're overall trusted by the teenagers!]

[That gets her to lighten up, just a little.]

I guess Nurturing is an apt description for me, huh?

It is. I don't know how we'd all be doing without you.

[Really, you're a sweet green mother and deserve more credit than you get! And you're already getting a lot]
greenmamabear: (Heartwarming moment)

You're too sweet. I'm sure you guys could figure something out.
