Week 5.

WEEK 5

With the deaths of AZ, Brady Russell, McKenzie Mitchell, and Walter White, it's probably starting to feel less crowded around here, isn't it? But there isn't going to be a break from your situation - a new day in here should remind you of that. Two people were murdered in an attempt to escape and one had Juri's help to take his own life. How many more will die this week?

Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost...

Checking the rules when you wake up will reveal that there's been a rule change; another reminder of things you've lost, and things you may have yet to lose.

Of course, with the start of a new week, another set of doors has opened up - once again, they can be found in the western corridor, jutting downwards toward the south. Go ahead and explore as much as you like; after the weekend's trial, you probably deserve it.

...man, I... thought Pokemon couldn't get any more...

[...she doesn't want to hurt the poor thing's feelings, actually, hang on]

...interesting? That's real interesting.

[ Sigilyph heard that, Mozu! But he seems to take it as a compliment, especially when Mahiru adds: ]

Right? He actually reminds me of an art piece that's well-known in my word.
andneversaydie: (if only i was as broken as donnell...)

What, really? He does look kinda pretty, now that you say that, but... what piece of art is that, anyway?

They're called the Nazca Lines. They're massive drawings etched into the ground itself, thousands of years old and hundreds of feet across.
andneversaydie: ('scuse me....?)

Wow... that really sounds like one big art project, huh? I wonder who was in charge of that.

No one is sure. The modern day theory is that they were constructed by a local tribe to serve religious purposes.
andneversaydie: ('scuse me....?)

[personal profile] andneversaydie 2016-08-07 05:26 pm (UTC)(link)
Huh. Well, I guess that probably does make sense... and I guess it's really hard to know for sure if nobody worships their god anymore, huh?
middaymoon: (ᴛᴀᴋᴇ this gasoline tin)

It's not like they left many records behind, either. Back then most history was passed down orally.

Hmmm... yeah, I can see that. I feel like that sort of thing would only go away if there's nobody left to talk about it, but... that kind of thing happens too often.
