Week 5.
With the deaths of AZ, Brady Russell, McKenzie Mitchell, and Walter White, it's probably starting to feel less crowded around here, isn't it? But there isn't going to be a break from your situation - a new day in here should remind you of that. Two people were murdered in an attempt to escape and one had Juri's help to take his own life. How many more will die this week? Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Checking the rules when you wake up will reveal that there's been a rule change; another reminder of things you've lost, and things you may have yet to lose. Of course, with the start of a new week, another set of doors has opened up - once again, they can be found in the western corridor, jutting downwards toward the south. Go ahead and explore as much as you like; after the weekend's trial, you probably deserve it. |

[OOC: Welcome to week five of Trustfell! Don't forget to save your threads for coins and the activity check, and don't forget to submit this week's activity check and memory regains!
If you'd like to get in contact with the Adjudicator, you can do so here!]

You actually think that was enough for someone like him?

[isaac look at everyone in this murdergame jfc]
no subject
Fufu...hahahahahhaHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!
no subject
Alright, alright, it was a stupid question, I get it. You don't have to laugh so hard.
no subject
That old geezer hardly qualifies as an opening act.
no subject
[He probably shouldn't have phrased it like that, but he doesn't correct himself.]

[ So back to that!]
The old geezer was a man who already broke before, right? When he was sick and needed money and all that sad, sad story he told us. I guess it wasn't bad and all, and he was desperate here too to save his car wash legacy! But it would have been better if he broke here. [ Cause like, when people break for the first time? Ahh there are no words to it. Walter was OK, but nothing he hasn't seen before.]
no subject
So you're saying the Adjudicator wants to see someone else break, someone who's never been willing to do terrible things before. Someone like...
[There are plenty of people he could mention, but ultimately he doesn't want to choose any of them. Instead Isaac shakes his head.]
I guess I can understand that. It'd be new and different, something he couldn't possibly expect no matter how much he knows about us. That'd explain why he's giving us motives too - they're designed to hit as many people as they can at once, that's why they're kind of vaguely worded sometimes.
[That's fucked up, but it's the sort of fucked up that actually makes some sort of sense when he thinks about it.]
no subject
Right, right. Didn't you see how some people reacted to it? [ Some of the more adamant people actually had a real reaction this time, it was interesting. Too bad Terumi has 1 friend who he doesn't really care about, oh well~.]
no subject
Yeah. If he's looking at reactions as well, something that'll rile everyone up like that would be ideal.
[...]
This motive is perfect for that, isn't it? Most people aren't going to want their friends to be pulled into a game like this, so killing someone to ensure it won't happen... that's doable. There are weapons in that machine and even if you haven't gotten one, there are plenty of other things around that could be used as weapons... And if you're not capable of killing someone with physical force, Walter's already showed us a way to do it with poison.
[Not everyone is as paranoid as Isaac is, so another poisoning isn't out of the question.]
He's really got this all planned out, huh? So what the hell is the next motive going to be?
no subject
Maybe something I'd give a shit about? [ Then he laughs, because he's joking.]
no subject
Come on, I'm trying to take this seriously and you're throwing shitty jokes like that around?
[...that was a joke, wasn't it...
also he totally doesn't look amused shhhh]
no subject
Terumi grins because see, this is why they're "friends".]
Fine, fine. This motive does hit those hero-types pretty hard though~. As for the next one, who knows? I doubt there's a motive that'll affect everyone.
[ Because Terumi is so far removed from normal.]
no subject
[He is not a hero type and he's being hit pretty hard!!
(Which is dumb, Kimblee would absolutely be okay in a murdergame.)]
But I think you're right. There isn't something that'll hit everyone. All he needs to do is find something that'll hit the most vulnerable people though.

[they're also entirely headcanon, they're safe]
Kimblee though... He'd like Kimblee. I think Kimblee would probably be alright, but I wouldn't inflict this on anyone, especially not someone I like.

[OH MY GOD HE IS SO NOT INTO KIMBLEE DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING FERID TOLD YOU]
He's just— He's not even a friend! He's just another State Alchemist! Or uh, he was. I don't know if he still is.
no subject
If he's not important, why would Juri take him?
no subject
Um. No, he's not. But he's uh... I guess he's the closest thing I have to a friend?
[goddamn he has no friends]
no subject
I thought we were friends Izzy~. [ But uh he kind of gets it.]
You didn't think Relius was my lover or something did you?
no subject
[l-listen his relationship with kimblee is Complicated]
no subject
I don't, I'm glad you know me so well.
If this guy is nothing you wouldn't have reacted the way you did, you know~.
